    Britany! Im so happy I found you! I've missed your motivation. Anyone reading, Brit is the best and has such a great way of explaining so you understand mind body connection and get the most out of your workout, but most of all she makes you feel good about any little thing you can manage to do, even if all you can do is show up! 💜

    so under-rated! BUT it needs music and NO ADS... you're a great trainer!! I only really get a real burn from Jake Dupree, Kit Rich and some of Annas.. and now you!!! great job!!

    I loved this workout! Great for Barre newbie or those with experience. Britney explained every move so clearly and offered modifications. I will be back for more!

    Great workout love your energy. I only wish I could see a time count always find that extra motivation when it gets hard to know how much time I have left to push through.

    Great workout. Low impact but still got my heart rate up. Perfect for those days when your feet are too sore to be jumping around.

    Great whole body barre workout! I wish the L & R instructions were mirrored as it's confusing to do the opposite of what's being demonstrated. I ignored the left and right directions and just moved to the same as the instructor.

    Great workout. However, needs to be a bit clearer and warning of when to change right/ left sides especially beginning of the workout. The last half was much clearer. Thank you.

    That was waaaaaay more messed up than I thought it was going to be. I nearly died. Like I'm in pretty good shape and I lift relatively heavy and this was HARD. I'm dripping with sweat.
