Great workout. Low impact but still got my heart rate up. Perfect for those days when your feet are too sore to be jumping around.

Great whole body barre workout! I wish the L & R instructions were mirrored as it's confusing to do the opposite of what's being demonstrated. I ignored the left and right directions and just moved to the same as the instructor.

Great workout. However, needs to be a bit clearer and warning of when to change right/ left sides especially beginning of the workout. The last half was much clearer. Thank you.
That was waaaaaay more messed up than I thought it was going to be. I nearly died. Like I'm in pretty good shape and I lift relatively heavy and this was HARD. I'm dripping with sweat.
