Rock Ragout (by Helloween's Markus Grosskopt)

Ingredients:
3 lbs of boneless beef, lamb, or pork shoulder or round, chopped
2 onions, chopped
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Mustard powder
Lager beer
1/4 lb of bacon, chopped
1/2 lb red potatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 lb carrots, peeled and chopped
1/2 lb of green beans, trimmed
1/2 lb mushrooms, cleaned
1 tablespoon olive oil
3-4 cups of heavy cream
3-4 tablespoons tomato paste
