    this is why it is so important to quietly plan your exit strategy as soon as you notice toxic patterns showing up at the work place. No fuss, no noise .... just leave before things get messy.

The people that stay at toxic places usually are low skilled incapable people and sooner or later they career will be ruined by that.

    My personal experience is that the moment you get the feeling that your seniors are ignoring your views or you get a negative gut feeling about your company THAT is the moment you start looking for jobs. If you stay for what ever reasons, you are going to get screwed up at the end like me. For being sincere with my work but verbal in my dissent with company policies, I have been recently benched for "behaviour" related allegations and am eventually being asked to leave. Again, your overall well being is important even at the expense of a big salary. It is unimaginable, the trials and tri ulations you would be subjected to once you dissent with your boss.

      @@akkisuper1 what i can tell you with my currentbexperienc web and little knowledge about your domain etc is that start immediately start looking for jobs elsewhere. For this you need to realize that you are being hunted down by a pack of dogs who have grouped for it. They will ise HR most likely to build up the case and let you know. Ofbyou have the inclination to remain in the same org, then do you have any godfather in it who can help you? Else start looking for jobs outside by overcoming the comfort zone feelings and overcoming the urge to fight. Do not make any mistake of giving them another stick to beat you. It is difficult but only way to realize that you need to disassociate with "Their allegations" and believe in yourself as they are not going to understand you in any way. This dissociation is difficult but is very much needed to start calling old contacts and colleagues. The online job application process is mostly a long process. Your old colleagues else where are a better way to push your cv, that's my experience. Above all, what you think about yourself is more important than what allegations the corporate dogs make. So trust in yourself and it is only a matter of time when you shall overcome the fears and anxiety of losing a job. But the end results will be the best thing to happen,.... My best wishes to you in these times.

    Considering the job market scenario I don't feel Employees can think of raising their voices against whomsoever in the company. When survival is the need of the hour there is no point in posting questions against the employer at any level of hierarchy.
    Even if one or two employees raise their voice it wont be heard at all and gets binned in no time. The employee will get back to his work everyday with frustration knowing how things gonnabe forever.
    My suggestion is that an employee should focus only on upskilling and reskilling expecting nothing in return from the company and just jump the ship when you really find something matching your skills somewhere else. When no one cares in the current company there is nothing wrong in moving out at short notice. Its only you and your hard earned skills will take you to places.

    • @Satarupa902
      @Satarupa902 Před 7 měsíci +1

      The problem is few employees dont even realise what exactly the issue is. When they do, its too late to raise voice and escalations are already circulating, at that time no point in raising issue. Decisions are already being made. You may think you raised voice thats why you are laid off but the problem is you ddnt raise voice when the time needed.
