Become a manager and problem solved 😂
Thank you sir for the tips.
Hi Nithin, Thanks a lot for your kind gesture 🙏🙏🙏
Being loyal doesn't mean I am in a comfort zone..
श्री वैशम्पायन उवाच ...
Even if you have 25 years of experience in driving a car, it's not going to help you to drive a bus.. You need to learn.. Update your skills.. Need high salary but less work?? If you dont have required skills then decades of your experience is useless and paying high salary to you also useless... Learn and grow and let others learn and grow... Dont think your colleagues as competitors.. If they are better than you let them grow better than you. Dont push them down. Everyone has family and issues.. Its not only for you.. Compete or leave way to others.. Worst part is people think themselves that they have good skills just because they have many years of experience.. It's not the reality.
Yes, I blocked in such INACTION situation..
Full stack developer vs data engineer which has more job opening and best job guraanted program in india for data engineer
Its okay to be comfortable! Not everyone wants to be a millionaire!
It's not ok. They will do anything to stay in comfort zone. It's not good for others who wants to grow. It's like blocking all the vehicles behind you in the highway just to maintain your driving comfort.. If you reached decent position and salary then leave the way to people to grow up. Don't try to push them down just to maintain your comfort zone. Need high salary with less work?!! Then keep updating the skills to match with current generation.. Experience is not much useful if you have outdated skills.
Even if you have 25 years of experience in driving a car, it's not going to help you to drive a bus.. You need to learn..
@@rajmohansg first implement this for govt employees
Yes , I am struggling and getting frustrated at myself because I have been at the same place now for almost 7 years have developed lot of self doubt but trying to push myself and get out
Same here bro. I stayed same place just because I had complete control on the project client. And was very dependable. But when post COVID budgets were cut. Client ramped down.
so what happened bro i guess we are underpaid after 4 years
Yes I am but struggling to come out
Yes. I am not willing to do hands on coding.
Bro.
Are you in Comfort Zone? Are you good at Inaction? (only honest responses please)
Big joke… only bootlickers are recognised.
work pressure is nothing man, if you don't know how to handle that position then you will feel the pressure, if you know the way through your experience or learning then you can enjoy that job and salary. The issue is not the job, lack of knowledge, if you don't have that knowledge or exp, don't apply that job.
You can't do anything when employer ask you to leave. It should be done well ahead when you get the job, rather than spending money earn assets that beats inflation 🙂
I am 42 , still an individual contributor in an it industry , what are my career options for future , I want to survive till 50 atleast
Upskilling helps and I see sustaining in IT this is mandatory irrespective of age. Age is just a number.
Nice

Funny part is a non technical person would judge a technical person
How about intel cut off
I have been laid off and jobless since 1 year. Planning to do farming and dairy business.
Great idea man
Dairy business is a very good business. All the best 👍

Is it true buddy. Please, don't scare me 😢
What if manager itself does these steps 🤨
We seem to have come to a time, when common sense need to be heard from podcast like this.
At the end of the day salary matters...... If anyone pays Rs 1000 to the maids then they can expect they can do only household works , but if you pay 10k to the maids then you can expect to work in every area of your house as to Cook, clean room , go to market to buy things ,look after the kids etc..... same thing in corporate, the manager knows that he is giving you 40LPA and he can expect to work on everything in the name of deep diving to the ocean.
Bhai tum tech industry ke Sabsw bade Negative person ho.. positive kabhi contains nahi rahata aapka. I am going to unfollow u
If there are negative things , he will tell it as it is . Nothing wrong .
whats positive side of tech industry tell me one labour law supporting IT employees
All these got laidoff Iam 100% sure they failed BGV😂😂😂
Companies will lay off even if they don't have any projects at hand.
@@kratos4435 IT INDUSTRY IS SATURATED NOW
As per my understanding job market is very good I mean if you search in right direction and be little bit of patience then its more than enough
Important is to implement whatever you learn. You can do courses on Blogging, Editing, etc. but you cant master everything. Only iterating on what you learnt from Books or a course can take you places.
Much useful information for most of the people ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Better to start your own business than switching jobs.
Each IT employee will open hotel near IT area

@@WatchDogs001 No sarcastically brother , i really appreciate people like you who are self learner and self movtivated , becas e I am opposite you :)
@@arnabchowdhury4892 I was working in IT with 80k salary. I did not liked it and worked for 3 years. One day I got frustrated and along with my colleague I started a sandwitch tea and burger shop near my office. Guess what we started earning 50 k initially part time.
