      Your content is filled with so much negativity, I think it is catering for medium to low skilled people working for very mediocre companies.

    Well explained, most of them are useful for me at this situation. Recently switched to new org, here the process are different & also I had a list of action items to be implemented here by me and waiting for right time. So after seeing your video, I've changed my process to fit with whatever you've summarised and will do immediate actions & etc. Thank you ! Pls Keep doing.

    Sir, I am 30 years old. I am a Computer Science teacher, but there is no growth. I want to switch to IT. I am 30 years old and have been teaching programming to kids. Can I switch back to IT? Is there any growth for me? Please tell what should be the approach, which type of job role should I target? How much salary should I expect in the beginning? Which companies should I target?

      Become a corporate trainer. Or reach out to startups they would be willing to give a chance. Once you got some experience you can move to whatever company you want.

      Yes 100% you can shift. People with 10-20 years from Non-IT experience have moved to IT after learning few courses. You have IT knowledge as well, there are many avenues on IT sector for you.

    How much career gap is ok to get a new job ?

    • @vlexical
      @vlexical Před 3 měsíci

      Less than 6 months at the start of your career. If you are not getting a job then an MBA will be the best option.

    • @user-vj8vl8yt6q
      @user-vj8vl8yt6q Před 3 měsíci

      @@vlexical but if you have experience then how much gap ?

    • @SPR632
      @SPR632 Před 3 měsíci

      @@user-vj8vl8yt6q Short answer : It depends. A person with 15 years of experience taking 6 months to 1 year gap will still be valued more in job market than a person with 5 years experience taking gaps.
      In general, it's 6 months. Then comes the factor like your domain and skill set. Is your skill set niche enough ?
      Is current market kind to a job seeker ? If you are watching most videos of this channel , you will get an overall idea.
