That was truly impressive. I will be sure to watch it several times as I'm sure I missed many of the details. These are the projects that separate the men from the boys.
They are brave men taking on Lancias, the Delta and Beta were built from dodgy Soviet steel and rust was THE reason Lancia pulled out of the UK in the 80s never to return.
thanks for uploading another wonderful video. it's great watching you fabricate panels and share your knowledge of metal shaping. with luck i will remember some of the tips you share and hopefully put them to use myself. thank you.
Absolutely amazing work. Is this the steel one with aluminum doors, hood and rear lid? The first ones were all aluminum which of course would not have rusted. Will you spray something inside the sill to protect the bare steel from rusting?
this is the aluminium version. aluminium body on steel structure. Of course everything will be protected against corrosion, including cavity wax after the car is painted

Nice work. But really, can't you buy a ten bucks brand new pair of gloves ? The hobo' style that these crappy ones gives you doesn't match with the quality of your work.
the gloves are fine where it counts. if you do metal work you'll understand that they have quite a long life. welding & grinding makes the top into swiss cheese. the inside is good until the ends of the fingers get holes in them, then they are finished.
Thanks for showing us how it’s done. Craftsmen like yourselves are saving these wonderful cars
Fabulous, fabulous work, highly skilled, your customers are in good hands.
that's so kind of you, thanks a lot. We do our best to make our customers proud to entrust us with the restoration of their car.

Good work👍 but a little mistake done on the bottemside of the door fixation 32:40 min. You need the same section as on the topside of the new sheet.
Thanks. I'll live with this "mistake" ;-). As the owner I suppose ;-)
@@slgclassiccars4098 Maybe the owner can live with that. But there is a second door to make it better 🥰🤣👍
Beyond fantastic!
That could have been taken care of with a little bondo glass filler!
As with any Lancia you so much more than just the badge! 🤣🤣🤣

But really, can't you buy a ten bucks brand new pair of gloves ?
The hobo' style that these crappy ones gives you doesn't match with the quality of your work.
Yes I can, but these are still good, they still protect the inner side of the hand, and that's what i'm looking for
