Bedford FD Rescue 44 + Bedford Hills FD Tanker 5 + Tower Ladder 57 Responding

  • Bedford Fire Department Rescue 44 and Bedford Hills Fire Department Tanker 5 and Tower Ladder 57 responding to a reported electrical fire on Pine Brook Road in Bedford, New York. Car 2042, Car 2043, Engine 108, Engine 110, and Utility 140 from the Bedford Fire Department, along with Car 2032 from the Bedford Hills Fire Department also repsonded to this call, but are not seen in this video. The homeowner had reported smoke coming from an electical outlet. Car 2042 arrived on scene and reported they had one dry line stretched to the door and were investigating and requested New York State Electric and Gas (NYSEG) to the scene. Shortly after, he placed the situation under control and began releasing units.
    The units seen responding are:
    Rescue 44 - 2013 Spartan Gladiator/Gowans Knight
    Tanker 5 - 2004 Seagrave (2000GPM/2700GWT)
    Tower Ladder 57 - 2000 Seagrave/Aerialscope (95FT MM)

    AMAZING catch! those Bedford Hill Rigs are beyond badass from the Sirens, horns to the rig itself. now why can't FDNY be like that

    I wish we had cool old stations where I'm from. Most fire companies here really started their history running out of barns and then to "brick and mortar" single story buildings built on larger plots of land.
