Maybe a dumb question - but do you need to have prior software development experience for this masters program? Or will they teach you the basics
Unfortunately, they don't teach you basic of programming, it is assumed that you are already familiar with at least one programming language (most likely python). I would also recommend to get a grip on machine learning basics as well and linear algebra.

Depends on your aspirations in life. I know a bunch of people who did SE degree and work in AI and those who did AI degree and work as software engineers. If you will take AI make sure you have the drive otherwise the math will kill ya ;)
@@AveCoders thanks for you're reply . Sincerely both fields are so similar so I don't know what to choose . From you're experience what Is the best to get a job . I head in AI it's hard to find a job is this right 😬
@@polkolkj4788 yes, software engineers are in the high demand in comparison to pure ML engineers.
