True but i believe space wolves and another chapter are known for using this more often than others.....you get all the persons memories.....ALL of them. And well.....there can't be very many good memories out there in the 40k universe

@@EvenSteven After the Horus Heresy they disbanded into several war bands for chaos, usually just serving as bodyguards. The Previous one who held that position was Sevetar and he was respected, after his death there was a captain but he was not from Nostromo (The Homeworld of the Night Lords) so they didn't respect him. Nowadays they just serve as mercenary warbands/bodyguards to chaos lords.

All Space Marines recruit from the age of 10 and 12 years old that is not unique to The Night Lords.

@@EvenSteven They are screened at a young age, usually pre-teens where they input a few organs. As they mature they add more organs until they get all the organs by maturity. By that time they serve as Scout Marines, they serve a few battles as scouts until they become newly fledged Space Marines.
There is a fan theory that it wasn't Horus who killed Sanguinius but the Emperor. Way it goes is that Sanguinius falls to the red thirst making him go berserk mortally wounding Horus but then he charges at his father. Seeing his most beloved son (by literally everyone not just his personal most beloved son) made him hesitate and its actually Sanguinius that wounds the Emperor, the Emperor tried calming him down but in doing so is wounded and is forced to kill him which triggered the black rage in the Blood Angels. Then to prevent the truth from being known he Kamehameha's Horus's soul so no one finds out who really wounded the Emperor. Dorn walks in moments later carries his father to the throne and is told the current canon events of the fight.

All the original chapters are interresting and i got a few of almost all, but Dark Angels are my main army.
i agree i like all the original chapters, just something about the dark angels drew me to them. Might have been their secrecy or just the design of them
Ave Dominus Nox! So the night lords are split up into different War bands but there has been a new leader that is coming into prominence. I suggest reading or listening to the Night Lords Trilogy (Soul Hunter, Blood Reaver and Void Stalker) to get to know how they think. The books are really good. And if he was alive Sevatar would probably have lead the legion but i also think that if he was around when Curze died Sevatar would have abandon the legion and there would still me War bands of Night Lords out there being pirates
hmm i will have to check out those book, cause the nightlords due sound like a very interesting chapter. Espically if they are broken up into warbands, kinda shame they do not really have a named figure except the one you mentioned
@@EvenSteven it makes sense that they currently don’t have a major named figure because the marines don’t have that bond of brotherhood with each other, they hate each other. Also I don’t want to sound pushy on this but keep in mind that this was a legion. Chapters can only have about 1000 marines (unless your black templars cause screw the rules) during the Horus Heresy the legions got up to over 100,000 marines with the two largest being the Ultramarines at 250,000 and the Word Bearers at 180,000. Both of these legions had chapters in them all the way back then.

to be fair iron warriors alegience is themselfs
they betrayed the traitors near the end of the war then had a civil war a few centuries later and spliut into many sub factions who dont get along so their alegience is all over place
