    How did you manage to use the chest press machine where you need to move the foot thing to get the handles to come forward?

      You don't have to press the foot press to get started that's just to assist when it's too heavy

      If you need to go that heavy you can just ask someone to help you on that initial start. Depends on if people are there but I find most are willing
