Considering helping disabled folks like us is one of the primary focuses of what you do I would absolutely approve of you showing us ways that we can do the exercises in the app, I'm so tired of Fitness companies gyms and trainers almost completely ignoring our segment of the population.
Absolutely. Part of what I do is to try and change the fitness industry but most companies don't even want to have the conversation. Big props to Garmin who I worked directly with to bring wheelchair mode to their watches
Now, this his a great review, I was wondering about linking several devices to the app and stuff!
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for the review Ben! Pleased to see it's being put to good use and all the feedback will be taken onboard for sure.
Glad to hear that 🤠
Thank you
No worries 🙂
I struggle to find wheelchair accessible exercises, this sounds great so I would love to see wheelchair exercises as part of the workout section.
Excellent I'll feed this back to them ☺️

It's really amazing what technology can do these days. I genuinely blown away by it and it's replaced my resistance bands as my go-to when I'm travelling
Hi Ben. Great bit of equipment. As a wheelchair user (Tetraplegic) how do you hook up the equipment to the higher part of the door for vertical pull downs?
For me I had to use Alice (my wife ) to put it up higher for me. But if I was going to use this at home, I'd probably get the rail attachment (although I didn't use this, I can't comment on how well it works) as that way I could slide up and down to my desired height a bit easier than trying to wedge it in the door. If you are tying it up higher I do recommend putting it on the top part of the door rather than just higher up as it can slip down. I didn't put this in the review because if I put every little thing in it would have been about an hour long probably 😂 I'll probably do a update video on this in about 6 months to see how I'm going with it
@@AdaptToPerform Brilliant thank you for the reply 👍 I think the rail attachment might be cheaper than finding a wife and getting married for me 😅
Haha 1000%. She's expensive! Worth it but expensive 😂😂
Totally agree about the reliance of the app. £245 is lot of money to spend on something that's useless without the app. At the rate things move with phone tech, you can't rely on it always being available
Agreed unfortunately it's the same for almost anything these days even toasters have apps! It being a free app is much better though. Take tonal, another smart gym device, $4000USD and then $60 a month on top just to make it even function! Ridiculous
@@AdaptToPerform yep, but even if it is a free app, you can't rely on it working on future tech. I very much doubt the company will commit to supporting all phone tech from now on. Or the company could simply go bust, and then its a paper weight. I really do think there needs to be some rules on this kind of thing. Sure, have an app to make the the device even better, but the basic functionality should always be available without the app, even if its less convenient. So in this case, just a simple dial on the device to set the weight is I guess all you'd need. Oh and as aside, you mentioned you do a lot of your exercises on the cable machine, do you have a cable machine workout video?
@SirBenJamin_ I don't have one on CZcams as finding a location where I can film on a cable machine and talk to the camera isn't readily available. I have filmed exercises on one for my website exercise library and made programs out of them. I'll be posting some of the exercises here too but it's a few months away from release as I have so much more coming first
@@AdaptToPerform 👍
Hello there
Can these exercises help hunchback posture?
Have a look at my posture video I just posted recently ✔️
What setting did you use for the ski trainer 🤔What was the setup for concentric and eccentric? Thanks.
I use constant mode as it is closest to replicating a traditional machine.
I always wonder with kit like this is how robust and stable the attachment to the door is. I suppose the answer is as astrong as your door can take !
Yeah pretty much! With a normal internal or external door, I think you'll have no issues, but as you say it depends on your door! With 20 kg. However, I don't think you're going to have an issue. That's like a small small child running at the door ,😅
Have you used the Fusion Wheel home gym Ben?
Yes I had it sent my way and I'll be honest I absolutely hated it 😂
