Andy,
I had similar problems building my house in Pila, CHB walls not square requiring lots of plaster
I've started building a group of twelve houses but insisted the workers use lasers so that the CHB walls come out much more accurately. This solved the problem, and the plastering uses tons less expensive white sand and cement.
This was especially easier when lasering out the second floor. We made sure the top of the ground floor walls were square measuring the diagonals

Work is moving very quickly. Noticed the lack of access to the unused land behind the new building, as it's next-door to your house, I assume that it will be an extension to your garden.

128 sqm lot 2 storey so 256 floor area, but for the cost we dont know yet because it will be a slow building
