My favorite part was you sharing your special memories about your father and Ms Lucky. I imagine them hanging out with you down there, cheering you on, and beaming with pride 😇
I actually just put together a small back up workout space, just in case there's ever another nonsense lock down.
So typically with tri ext machines without a back brace, I extend a leg out as a brace and lean forward. I've found that helps once you find the right angle.
Anyway, thanks for sharing that special space with us man. Oh, and is that still the stamp from the gaming convention on your hand😅

PD7 in March 2023 I put down my 19 year old female cat, Lucky. Man it was hard.

Your home gym looks awesome! I work out six days a week and looked into doing a home gym myself but man that is some $$$. Fortunately my work has an excellent full size gym that I go to everyday.

Dude, I just finished up my home gym. Wish I could send you a video bc I added a secret door that goes to my arcade, and that room has a door that goes to a legit movie theater…. And behind the movie screen I put another hidden door that I’m turning into a music room.
Not sure if you guys have a tractor supply company but that’s where I got my flooring for the gym.
If you wanna take your gym to the next level buy the 4’x6’ thick rubber mats and put the smooth side up. It would be a pain moving all your stuff but it looks awesome when they all come together.
Then I had my contractor come put mirrors all around and did J trim around all 4 sides of the mirrors. That would be my next recommendation.
Been watching your videos for a while and this gym one just proves we’d be buds, lol

If the Magneto helmet fits on the fighting dummy may be a cool way to display it in your gym. Of course you wouldn't hit it with the helmet on but it may serve to inspire you 🖖😸

This reminds me of my home gym...NOT! I have a treadmill that is sitting in the garage waiting for the next neighborhood garage sale. Thanks for the tour of Lucky's Gym. Very nice use of the space you have.

Thank you so much for sharing your story behind Luckys Gym Phil. The gym itself it amazing, no need to leave the house pay for membership or any of that it. I’m sorry about your Dad. Having those memories of your dad and you putting this gym together will last a lifetime. And Lucky also, being a part of this gym and being on top of the cabinet while you worked out. It’s a special place. Those cabinets actually look awesome down stairs next to the gym. Take care Phil👊🏼

Nice gym set up. I have a similar setup, but it's not as many pieces Instead of the punch dummy, I got the ufc mma bag. Great for kicks too. I also have the Chuck Norris Total gym. The cable system on that works great. I do NOT have any Arcade1ups in my gym, so you win. Lol
Thank you Eric, no you win because you have the Total Gym :) Chuck Norris never ties his laces because he wins 💪 I loved doing triceps on there it’s smooth and great workout!

Love the setup . Picked up the Power Blocks about two months ago and they are a game changer . Need to invest in a stand as mine did not come with one. Looking to add a rower to our space . Each day I I’m looking for Arcades and Concept 2 rowers on marketplace. 😂 Prices in my area are super high for both unfortunately for used . Keep up the good work as always Phil!!

Wow, impressive gym! Thanks for the tour. I sacrificed my home gym for the arcade because I was NOT doing the things I needed to do to improve myself at home. So....I kept the gym flooring and in went the arcade. I knew that for me to succeed, I needed to get back into a commercial gym anyway and I have succeeded. This gym you've built is a wonderful tribute to both your Dad and Lucky and a great space for you to get away and lose the stress. Terrific video!

Cool gym PD7! I can’t seem to get back into the gym groove. I’ve never struggled before but this time I just can’t get it going.
Thank you Games Plus, it’s hard to keep at it and when you stop it’s even harder. If I didn’t have a gym here I don’t know if I’d be working out as much.
Nice gym buddy. I’ve been lifting my entire life. I will suggest that you don’t over crowd your workout space for safety. Especially that bag. Don’t want bad footwork to make you fall and hit your head.

Nice home gym. I have one also. Just got the Titan row machine. I see you have the Valor one. I have the Body Solid compact leg press. I like your PowerTech. Nice calf attachment on it. I’d love to see a review for the Titan pec deck/rear delt machine. Check out the new REP x Pepin dumbbells coming out. Sweet!
Hey Jolly Green, that’s awesome man we have the exact same but different brands :) I’ll get a video on my Titan soon, Valor is about 6 months now it’s holding up well. My next is the Titan Shoulder Press, it lives looks weird but I think it will be nice to have. I’ll look at the Rep X Pepin dumbbells Thanks 👊
@@PDX7 I have the the Titan shoulder press/side lateral raise. I love it. You don’t feel the resistance on the first portion of the side lateral raise but it’s still really good. You just keep constant tension where there is resistance. It’s fine

I don't understand your selection. Limited space but a biceps machine AND a big curl stand? What about a Rack? (u wouldn't need that pullup stand then). Barbell? Cable machine? Leg extension/flexion?
I know because of the decisions I made this is the layout I went with, squats are too tough on my back the rack wasn’t really on my radar. I tend to lean a little heavy on upper body :) Thanks for watching 👊
