Love that treadmill! And the psoas muscle release "PSO-RITE" ...I have to get that!
Would love to see more training content from Thomas. Thank you for this!
Yes! more training content please!! I'm older and new to weight lifting and would love to see more of this!
Man... That kitchen set, in 2019 when I discovered your videos, that kitchen became synonymous with health to me. It's pretty cool that there's also a gym behind the camera
Love this kind of content. The would of exercise and marketing is so crazy and it's nice to see the options that people that know what they are doing choose. I can't get all of them but it's nice to see what my options are for what I'm working on.
I'd love new content on proper form for beginners to advanced.
congratulations Thomas, you earned it !
Nice and thanks for sharing. I just left the gymnastics center this morning, adult classes. I am heading to the gym now, weights and sauna -----66 degrees, cloudy
How wonderful!! Thank you for sharing with us.
Thanks for showing.
Such an amazing set up and that 40% incline on that @NodicTrack Treadmill is amazing!
Thanks for the video Thomas. To resolve pain I recommend *prolotherapy.* But only if you can find an experienced practitioner (5 yrs+). Has benefitted both me & my spouse tremendously.
Nice change of content👍
Awesome gym!
I have a nordictrac as well. I love it. One thing I don’t like is I don’t always like the instructor led stuff. Sometimes I want pre built courses. I like the life fitness and some of the matrix ones that have like the grand staircase series and trinity forest runs and stuff. However, one feature I really like is making my own via the maps. I’m currently doing the PCT on my treadmill wearing a 60 pound pack.
Great set up. Surprised there is no cold plunge, steam sauna, jacuzzi, inferred sauna. You would have the ultimate set up. I will take a look at the video for the hyperbaric chamber. I think over time there is a difference. Something like high altitudes, low altitude or creatine. Great job!!!
Your box jump did something for me, Thomas. 😂 Regards to your wife and my props. Hahaha!
Awesome demo, Your garage is huge! lol Thanks for the overview of your gym. Currently looking into modifying/improving our two car garage. We have the black foam mats except they’re not durable. Dropped Dumbbells have cracked concrete through foam. Any suggestions on floor protection?
You need a punching boxing bag 👊 great cardio
I absolutely LOVE that treadmill!
You deserve everything good that comes your way. 💪🏽🔥✨
Are Pistachios still your favorite nut? I've added them to my diet and so far really enjoying them probably even more than Walnuts as of late but anyway thanks for recommending them in past videos.
Thomas doing his best Mr. T impression... "can he dig it sucka".
Full day of eating and maintaining muscle mass for next video
That home gym is my dream! Wow! Thank you for sharing this! Wish I lived next door 🤣😂
Would like to see you featured on CZcams’s Men’s Health “Gym and Fridge” series.
Wow great display of your equiptment Thomas Nordic trac is a great product I got the ski machine waaaay back in 1988 great cardio on that n they came along way since
Thanks Thomas! I just requested this a few weeks ago. Looks badass
how much for a membership 😅?
Nice tax write offs! 😂
You didn’t mention the sled feature on the treadmill. Was one of the features I looked for when purchasing my treadmill.
Dream set up! 🔝 Perhaps one day it will happen to me . 🙏🏻
Shout out to norditrac
Great set up. Good on ya
They sell kick stands for them belt squats
Tomorrow, we will be looking at my home gym.........
(Dark corner of an unfinished basement with an old bowflex from the 90s and a set of dumbells) 😢
Awesome to see the whole thing in one video! Thanks for the look into your gym.
One more thing........Do you still have the 72 Nova?
You’re got an awesome gym mate👍💪 bit jealous!!
Love the video ❤ What a great gym 🎉
Love ya black shoes tom
Trap bar is better with longer sides. Load more weights on
thats a serious 1 man gym.
Heres my training video lol very sweet gym.
I can barely afford planet fitness 😭
Become a minimalist forget all the crap
It’s part of his business so it didn’t realistically cost him $100k. It’s offsetting his tax burden.
Then do something about that. You have the ability to create what you want in life. It may not happen overnight but most of us start at the bottom.
@JLCsyr being legally blind has made life harder, it really limits getting to work and day to day activities.
You can say excuses excuses or whatever. But I'm just saying life isn't a level playing field for everyone. I wish I had started at the bottom but I feel like I started life below the bottom.
Since COVID started I have lost over 200 lbs and had a major spine surgery. So thankfully I'm a little bit more physically abled today than a few years ago, but just the getting to work part is difficult on its own.
Congrats on losing all that weight brother! And Planet Fitness absolutely can provide enough equipment and space for any of us to get fit and healthier. Life definitely ain’t an even playing field but as long as our hearts still beat, we all got a chance! Recently lost a bunch of weight myself.. keep keeping on and don’t let anyone tell you you’re not doing enough. Only you know what your best is brother and as long as you’re striving you’re on a good track 👍🏼
Nice investments man, congrats on the success
Would an assault bike be a good piece of equipment if you could only have one piece of cardio equipment?
Where do I get those sandbags? I use them in Muay Thai training, and those look really nice!
May God bless and guide you more
Hey Thomas, are you familiar with H.I.T training? Aka High intensity training, not to be confused with hiit interval training.
Doubt he would be a proponent for it. The man loves to workout everyday
@brandonyoung4910 H.I.T. is no joke, especially for a natty like myself. After a session, you're fried for about a week. Wouldn't train any other way.
@@JesusGarcia-Digem oh i know, i use it off and on when my joints need a break and a good reset for volume. thats the reason i dont think he would enjoy it. he likes to train daily
Do you perform isometric training?
Im 34 and 6'3 145 lbs. I wanna work out but never worked out in my life so idk where to even start...wish there was something for us skinny guys trying to get healthier
Get the Starting Strength blue book. Watch their youtube videos as a supplement. Work through novice progression on squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press. Eat 150-180 grams of quality protein a day. after 3-6 months when you've built a strength base, there are lots of resources out there to progress with and by then you'll have more idea on where you would like to focus. Listen to Dr. Huberman and Dr. Andy Galpin's 6 part podcast that came out last year. Listen to Dr. Attia's podcast on zone 2 with Dr Inigo San Millan.
Body weight training is a good place to start.
Now I know how Thomas is in such great shape
No battle rope?
Belt squats are great, loading the spine can be painful.
Possible meet up in Hawaii?
Nice gym.
you work out with Paul Saladino? Are you the one that got him to get in some carbs and have a more well rounded diet?
The treadmill has the features I want but I read way too many horror stories when you need to service it, otherwise I’d totally get that
5:55
Assault bike was missing.
who were a few of your top guests you trained with at your home gym?
👏👌🏼
He forgot calf day.
I thought you would get jealous seeing Dr.Mikes gym
It's a warehouse out his backdoor...u walk in there and What?I could write THIS OFF?!"
Always pull out all the stops and get the fanciest stuff if you can write it off. Tell the govt to shove it.
tulo laway ko (salivating)...🤤
4ish hours later and your gym got 70000 USD more expansive? What is it now? 30k like your thumbnail stated first or 100k?
He might have done the math to come up with the actual price after write-offs and that was $30k. 100k is the sticker price of everything involved though and makes for a better title.
@@Felale Sounds logical, thanks for taking the time to reply. Saving 70k for being an "influencer" is really neat : D
This whole garage gym video podcast place is super slick : D
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Where is the muscle car ?
The code takes $25 off of a $4,500 treadmill......
