But where Iâm raised, we eat meat but food made from all-plants is consider healthier than from animals, mainly âmakes-people-fatâ belief, except eggs and honey. We consume milk or dairy but we donât mix it our traditional cooking and rarely eats food with dairy.
In fact, Iâve once made Baked Ziti pasta but my parents just wonât eat it because it has cheese mixed in. So, half of Italian food (with cheese) literally off the table.
And they prefer curry made with coconut milk than actual milk.

I bought Kopi Luwak for my grandmother who isn't poor but she isn't middle class either. I got it for her so we could enjoy it together, and it was really good.

I'm Indonesian and a big fan of your channel, almost everyday I watch your video while eating lunch or dinner. This video really unexpected and makes me one of the over proud Indonesian lol.
I'm businessman that focus on the exotic pet, I do captive breeds masked palm civet and Asian palm civet but for pet not for coffee. But a lot of my family and closes friend's business in culinary sector, especially in coffee shop. We also supply fruits for juice to many cafe. So we often go to cafe to supply goods and to perform live music đ€Ł Thank you for this great video, really makes me feel better and proud đ
But sadly, yes we do have issues about animal welfare in Indonesia. I hope we will find the best solution soon đŁđ

Went to a place in bali where this was made! They where extremely friendly and it wasnât very expensive there. Even got to try all their different coffees and thea for free.
I think the Goverment in Bali have already make a better small habitat for the productive civets.
Had this once in bali. Hahaha fresh from the farm doesnt get any fresher. The stop at that farm was part of a bigger day excusrion. Fun day

I've seen some of civets farm, people doesn't seem to understand about quality, civet coffee mean civet picked the coffee, not feeding civets with coffee, that's why quality has dropped down, and now they complain about decrease of its price
