Ive learned that creatine doesnt do shit other then let you lift a tiny bit more. Which over a king period of time will increase your muscle growth by a certain percentage over if you weren't taking creatine.
creatine works well for experienced lifters who have never took creatine before and who hardley consume meat i know lifters who were lifting for years maybe ate meat once a week once they supplemented on creatine within one month they looked quite crazy they already had a decent amount of muscle and base built btw
you may have need a higher dose especially if you already had muscle mass prior to hopping on creatine id say load your dose so 20g a day for a week then go down to 5-10g if you already have muscle mass
taking a proper dosage will allow you to increase strength by 20% within four weeks, this is backed up by multiple studies. cough cough creatine should be considered cheating

The number you get is the amount of grams of creatine you should be taking on a daily basis for those seven days. After the seven days are up, you only need to take 5 grams a day. The point of a loading phase is just to get your muscles to full saturation in a quicker amount of time. You could achieve the same effect by taking only 5 grams a day, but it would take 3 weeks to a month to achieve full saturation.

u probably we’re taking to small of a dosage. the dosage size can vary from person to person
I had insane strength gains from creatine personally, up to a third more weight prs. That's just for me though, I think it's depending on the person
