    Adding black pepper powder to a glass of turmeric milk helps it's absorption.

      black pepper can be added when making omlettes and any food item as well. As black pepper helps to absorb nutrients and not just turmeric.

      🤣 While black pepper and milk are metabolized differently due to their distinct compositions, the statement suggesting that adding black pepper powder enhances turmeric milk absorption is comedy. Suppose it is true, in that case excessive turmeric intake can indeed harm the liver, and adding pepper might exacerbate this effect by possibly increasing turmeric absorption, potentially amplifying liver damage. You are suggesting a poison to drink

It was cured within a few days by taking turmeric with black peper. Also my gout problems disappeared by taking apple cider vinegar regularly- just one to two tea spoons per day.

    • @lakshmikrithika2521
      @lakshmikrithika2521 Před měsícem +1

      It has extremely good benefits. However the problem is absorption by body.
      Turmeric is very lipophilic. And to cross the cell barrier you need to first cross a hydrophilic and then a double layer of lipophilic layer.
      It doesn’t even pass the hydrophilic layer. So it gets excreated.
      If we find good way as drug carrier mechanisms then potentially the pharmacological aspects of turmeric are very beneficial
