What a relief that someone had walked before us and knows our problems too. Thank you very much Craig.

Oh I forgot to mention that even though I cried a lot after this session which started with the inquiry, the pain was not leaving me.
I mean it should stop cause I cried a lot and released emotional pain but strangely the physical pain in my throat was still there insisting.
Craig thank you for being alive on this earth this time.

Craig in the retreat in the last two sessions the one at night and the last one in the morning my throat was hurting really really hard. Actually not only during these sessions but I mention the timeframe, it started at Saturday night and it was continuous all night and day til Sunday night at Satsang after the retreat. I had an unbearable pain there and I didn't know what was it it just hurt so badly. I wanted to tell you in the Satsang after the retreat but I never did. Still don't know exactly what was it but i suspect something had come up and wanted to be seen but not clear what was it. The truth is that I wasn't fully open and surrendered and maybe it had something to do with it.

Actually it began in the session when we done the inquiry questions and we were answering. My whole body was in terrible pain and fire in that inquiry session, my chest my belly my abdomin my head my neck my throat all were in serious pain, and fire also(but i don't mind the fire im used to it), yet the pain was severe. And then after the inquiry ended all that pain suddenly subsided and remained only my throat, and insisted in my throat all night and even the next day when I woke up the first thing I felt was that strong pain in my throat which continued till Sunday night.
