If only I had found helpful information like this when I went through spontaneous kundalini awakening in 2012. I feel like I’m only finding the helpful stuff now that things have finally started to calm down! I’m surprised I’m not dead. Sometimes I wonder if my kundalini awakening was actually me dying. I suppose in some ways that is the case. Your videos are reassuring, thank you.

This is me exactly! Except mine was 2016. It's been sheer hell and I'm only just learning important things now that I should have known now.

@@nuttyfroot I remember back then being in those states trying to find information but being completely unable to focus. I think the intense physical sensations were what made it so much worse. I thought maybe aliens/demons were astral raping me or something. Such a nightmare! Felt like I was in a horror movie at times. I'm glad I didn't tell any doctors about it, haha. How are you doing now?

@@amararama1 Yikes! That sounds terrifying. Bless you ❤ I am ok. I still have some pretty scary symptoms. Mostly around anxiety and panic. Also, waking up with tachycardia, which is awful 😖 Things like the intense kriyas don't bother me in comparison. I can even laugh at it sometimes. It's certainly something I wouldn't advise anyone to do on purpose 😱

@@nuttyfroot definitely, not sure if I would have ever chosen a kundalini awakening if I had known what it would be like! And yes, got to laugh at it and all the stories my mind came up with to explain what was happening to me. I'm the same with anxiety and crazy heart beat but getting a bit better. I hope your anxiety and heart symptoms improve soon x

This was my experience exactly in 2012. What I tell myself now is "someone had to go through it without much help to pave the way for others who might not have to face the same amount of hell." I can't imagine what people had to go through decades ago when there was even less info available. Now that the hellish times are less frequent and things are more calm I am grateful for the experience and seeing how strong this stuff can make us. Still, it would have probably shortened our painful experiences if this info was more accessible back then 😅

    A short question dear Craig,
Does thinks get ever normal again after healing the most difficulties? Because right now im not able to do anything. Its hard so stay positive. Every Vibration or sound hits straight into my heart. I cannot listen to music anymore oder talk to somebody because i have the feeling that the vibration of the sound hits straight into my heart!

Do you have practices and nutritional support? Awakening can have a profound effect on the physical body. It is important to keep a good hygiene for kundalini.
