- This is just a tutorial on how to remove a wheel, change a tire and replace a wheel on a dual sport motorcycle. This is meant for a beginner. I try to explain every little thing. If you already know how to do all of the above please add a comment below on things i've done wrong or could do better.

I,m a newby to this and this video was a realistic version of how to do it in your own garage.Dropping irons,slipping,scraping knuckles etc.Ive never done it but will be practising soon on my Wr for the dreaded trail puncture.Thanks for making me dread this even more!! I,ve watched multiple vids of pros doing this in 10 min flat so now I know I,m in for 60min + in my garage at least ....even before I attempt it on the trail.Great Vid Cheers
haha! for what it's worth i'm getting better at it. i started using a tool to fish the tube valve through the rim. helps a ton. like i said in the video, when you get a flat out in the wild, you don't have to completely remove the tire, so it makes it a lot easier.

I had a VStrom. I changed the front tire / tube like a pro, the rear tire crushed my soul :-) Took it to the bike shop with much humility.
I wouldn't spray water into the tire. Once you mount it to the wheel it will stay trapped there and corrode the wheel and spoke ends. I would just use a sponge to wet the tire bead. ~

use soap to take the tire off also,,, what about balancing the tire??
Adding extra soapy solution on the inside of the tire and soapy lubricate on the inner tube also helps to prevents kinks in the tube, using 3 MSR long handle spoon tire levers works best with a tire changing stand.
