    How do u weigh your self I can’t find anywhere that’s within reasonable distance to weigh myself is there a easier way to get accurate weight or measurements

      There are a few potential options available. Some places like recycling centres or scrap metal places have large scales they could potentially help you. Or if someone can lift you, you can both get on the scales. Otherwise if you can't get on by yourself I have no other options. I personally don't weigh myself often
