@@wawayltd as a follow up to this, a garage I dealt with snapped the nozzle on the other end of the injector which receives the feed of adblue from the tank. I tried fixing it with araldite but that didn't work. Is there any way of getting a replacement nozzle? In the end I had to buy a whole new injector. Also, there are quite a few injectors which look the same. Mine was a VW Sharan (UK) and when searching online I found a Land Rover one which looked the same. Do you know if the ones which look the same work on different cars - would be good to know as the VW/Bosche one was very expensive. I am all sorted now but this follow up may help others trying to fix their ad blue problems. Many thanks/ C

Lots of brands may share parts, it just needs to be referred to catalogues that show that. As for little specific bits I normally order them from TPS or dealership, if it's not too specific GSF or Euro, also if you have time to wait couple of week Autodoc can be really good.

Thanks for the video. I've worked on all my own vehicles for many years and saved many thousands of dollars in doing so. I've recently had the check engine light and code P204F and P20BA coming up on my 2017 Ford Everest with the 5 cylinder 3.2 Litre Diesel engine. Only symptom being the check engine light with no noticeable power loss or any other changes. I am pretty certain it will be an AdBlue crystallisation problem somewhere in the system so under the car I go. AdBlue does a remarkable job in lowering the emissions but there will no doubt be many headaches in the years that follow. By the way, your English is better than most of the Australian population so don't be sorry!

I get some criticism in comments, so now I'm not sure if it's necessary procedure. It won't harm anyway.

I don't know, could be a problem with the pump, or blockage somewhere... If access to injector in Picasso is as easy as in my VW, you can always try cleaning to see if it helps.
