- Arguably one of the best, if not the BEST modern township development in Klang Valley. It's relatively young, at only 20 years+- old, yet, highly sought after residential area, which offers a comprehensive living ecosystem complete with amenities.
It's the perfect environment, it truly is. A medical centre, an
international school, a sports centre, a clubhouse, neighbourhood mall,
dining and entertainment spots, all connected by pedestrian walkways and bicycle paths amidst a lush
and verdant landscape of carefully crafted parks and bracing lakes.
Desa Park City, as a township dwarves this luxurious condo that I reviewed. That speaks volume of the brand and grandeur of the name this township carries.
Don't get me wrong, this luxury condo is awesome. It ranks right at the top of my list as the Best Luxury Condo that I've reviewed to date. The marble flooring in the unit, with the intricate veins is stunning. The unit that I reviewed had 2 balconies and each bedroom has its own stunning view out from the oversized window panels.
For the facilities, it's just too long a list to mention. But to give a glimpse, for the gym, this condo uses a premium brand for its exercise equipment - one machine cost tenths of thousands of ringgit! Multiple that 20 or so, you have equipment that's worth at least half a million.

Yeap, totally agreed. Just immediately stepping into the unit, without even knowing the details, can feel premium aura in terms of the finishing and the layout.

Yeap, it's barely bigger than the other 2 bedrooms. And given the total size is close to 3,000sqft, the rooms are relatively small in size indeed.
One washing machine one dryer or washing machine n dish washer setup
Oh, that's true also. Didn't thought about this, to have separate washing machine and dryer, whereby the dryer uses the water outlet instead of the internal water tank.
What’s the opening hours for gym and facilities?
From what I understand, until 10pm for the gym. Some facilities will need booking. Will share more info once I get it from the agent.
Here's the full list of the operating hours of the facilities, given by the management body:
1. Golf: 8am to 11pm
2. Mini theatre: 8am to 11pm
3. Private dining: 9am to 10pm
4. Multi-purpose hall: 9am to 10pm
5. BBQ Pit: 9am to 10pm
6. Swimming pool: 11am to 10pm
7. Gym: 24 Hours
8. Resident Club: 24 Hours

What’s the asking price?
For the layout that I reviewed, 2,960sqft, I ranges from RM4.6mil~RM5mil, depending on the floor.
Good , place and environment is clean, but its kind of boring
Luxury places are usually more modern and contemporary, in terms of design language. Those that are bright, flashy and cheerful, are usually not as luxurious.
