For facilities, the list is stunning and impressive. For a start, this will have the best Cinema/Theatre that I've seen to date! It's huge, has a proper sound system, sound proof walls and has tiered levels, will give you an idea how awesome it is. Likewise, the business lounge also looks massive. If you're into sports, besides the usual gym and swimming pool, there's a half court tennis court. Wait....what?!?!? Half court tennis court? You mean a half court basketball court, right? Nope, you read that right, there's a half court tennis court. And also a half court basketball court.

What a nice mixed development Bloomsvale I have been waiting for this review and you reviewed it , the first thing I like about the development is the lobby very nice design not so big and the design is nice the second thing I like is the corridor to the unit like the design for the corridor and the lighting they put makes the corridor look nice very hotel like the third thing I like is the unit very nice I like the design of it the kitchen design and i the balcony is nice and the bedroom and bathroom is very nice the fourth thing I like is the facilities it is very nice and simple and the adds you put in the video I like it and congratulations on your new device very smooth and clear . What a nice development I enjoyed the video .

Yeah, the barrier was there and the guard was nearby. Hence, didn't wanna trespass. Will certainly visit the place again once all the facilities are done.

Not sure why the developer chose to have the access to the A/C ledge from the master bedroom, could easily make a door and access through the balcony. But I agreed that the way the developer managed to execute it well and concealed the A/C ledge door with a tall frosted window that does not compromise the feel of the room. Crazy to imagine a 66 floor residential/ mixed development project, eventually down the road we'll have projects that rivals the twin towers 😅
Good point there, didn't really noticed the area to my left on the balcony. Probably easier to execute from the balcony indeed like what you mentioned.
Yeah, crazy to think this is 66 storeys, for a residential. Not the first, the other one that I reviewed previously and also at 66 storeys is Trion @ Off Jalan Chan Sow Lin, KL.
Does the unit come with google smart home system? And you didn’t show us the skydeck bridge and swimming pool etc, or the skydeck is not open to public yet?
Google Smart Home provided as a loose item during VP. The skydeck isn't open yet, although it requires booking to utilize the space. Not sure if one is able to just walk in like that.

Many projects indeed has mushroomed out over the years. Despite the supply, demand is absorbed pretty well.
The daily traffic during peak hours in the morning and evening is mental though.

Based on the official statement, they have achieved 85% occupancy rate, which is very commendable for a new neighborhood mall.

Ouch, that's bad. The unit that I visited must be lucky then, owner mentioned defects minimal and unit is ready for rent immediately 😅
