  • Try this Full Body Foam Roller Routine for Muscle Mobility & Recovery. This video is how to do Self-myofascial release (self-massage) to release muscle tightness or knots in the body. By applying deep compression to specific points on your body you are able to improve the blood flow to each area and restore healthy tissue and therefore aid in the recovery of muscles and assist in returning them to normal function. Regular foam rolling will help to speed up recovery, keep the body mobile, improve flexibility and help to prevent injury. ▼▼▼

    I am truly thankful I have found your video. So many foam Rolling videos are either too short or too similar. This one is amazing and OMG MY Quads are so tight🙈🙊✔️👌🙌🙌

    Another wonderful session🙏 if we had foam rolling when I was in my 20’s I wouldn’t need foam rolling so much in my 50’s

      Thank you. As we get older it takes a little longer to recover sometimes after tough training sessions... thank goodness for the foam roller. And epsom salt baths!

    This was awesome, always looking for fresh, follow-along foam roller routines and you delivered. I hadn’t ever put my foam roller between my calves and hamstrings and then sat, IT WAS INTENSE. I couldn’t bounce let alone even sit up straight 😂
