I love dumplings! Even though I've only had dumplings once it was made by Chinese people and boy was it delicious!

That hot pot looked like heaven on earth!!!😍😍😍 I'm also a total sucker for steamed or fried dumplings so those ofcourse all looked amazing also. An ex gf I remained friends with and I decided to find the best dumplings in our area (although becoming a new go to in the U.S. foody world, not necessarily known for authentic asian foods) so we tried LOTS of them! haha She was a Chinese/Thai American that had a mother that was a cook her whole life (China, Thailand, and here) and opened me up to Asian foods. Best we found in our area was at a Thai restaurant that unfortunately is no longer open. They were a little different than traditional Chinese style dumplings, but AMAZING! Last year I spent a few weeks in Singapore and Malaysia for Christmas and New Years with my Gf (now wife) and have a new outlook on asian foods, well food in general... What an AMAAAAAAAZING!!!! part of the world for a very uneducated food lover... Such a meld of Chinese, Malay, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, and even western foods. I can't wait to get back over there!!! It will probably be a couple years since the last 2 years I spent a crazy amount of money traveling and got married abroad as well...haha For now I'll just have to live vicariously through your wonderful, and very funny vlogs, and save save save!
