The eye contact during the intro and outro made me temporarily stop slouching in my chair.
You seem so lovely, I could just listen to you talk about plants for days.
I want him to move in with me and bring his plants. ಡ ͜ ʖ ಡ
Really though, you are so correct. He knows so much, too.
Yes, his voice and demeanor both are so pleasant and he is very knowledgeable! 🌱
Me too.
I was LITERALLY going to comment this. he's great!
i guess Im randomly asking but does anyone know of a method to get back into an Instagram account..?
I stupidly forgot the password. I appreciate any help you can give me!
I love when your eyes light up when talking about your plants 😂 I’m exactly the same!
Yeah that is cool - such a great hobby to grow and maintain and work with plants of any kind. I could be having a crappy day, and just working with a few plants, just brings me out of any funk. That's why I have a few plants at the office in the window.
I have just one peperomia (prostrata) or 🐢"string of turtles🐢" that I love so much because it's the cutest plant I own
Your videos help me ID so many of my plants and you're always so informative and it's clear to see how much you love these lil dudes! Thankyou for the content you make!
Hey Nick, I'm new to the community and have been binging your vids. I love your style and the way you explain and educate! I've learned so much from you and appreciate that you use the proper name as it helps this newbie learn! Thanks so much for all for great info!
Love your videos Nick. Your plants always look so healthy. You're doing a great job.
Hi Nick! I'm just starting to get into peperomias because of your love for them. Right now I have the variegated obtusifolia and the tricolor. I will be looking for more! Thank you for sharing! I always love it when I see you have a new video out.
Peperomia 'napoli nights' is the prettiest for me it literally looks like there's silver glitter inside the leaves
Love you videos Nick! I learn so much. Keep up the great videos!
Thank you for this more in-depth talk about peps and their care! I love them also (yours have so much personality) but they are the plant I struggle with most (Except for my very small tetragona- thAt one is doing great. ) I’m pretty sure my ruby cascade is beyond hope (I think I misread its “language”). It too started developing tiny leaves in my northeast facing window. I’d be very interested in how your experimentation goes with your Quadrangularis. Love your hoffmanii and don’t think it’s plain at all. Thanks again for this- it was great to get more nuanced info and I’ll keep plugging along with my peps and watching. 😊
Hi Nick! Thanks for sharing now I'm on the hunt .Oh house tours were a amazing too so beautiful.
It's crazy how much I enjoy your videos while learning a new appreciation for different types of plants... I restarted my gardening hobby because I wanna have a decent looking garden (I live in FL) -- Thus, while I don't have many indoor plants, I thoroughly enjoy your vids nonetheless.

I could listen to you talk all day! I am new to plants and just got my first two peperomia's today (peperomia obtusifolia and peperomia scandens variagata) and I'm so excited to watch them grow. I'm also excited to check out some of the peperomia's that you included in this video. :)
Loving these videos and often too. Thanks for sharing.
Peperomia Piccolo Banda was my first ever Peperomia and it's been an absolute delightful plant to care for as a beginner. So glad you also love them too!
Thank you. I love all of your videos. I also put my Graveolens in my south facing window and she loves it. I added the Piccola Banda to my list for my next shopping trip to my local Greenhouse.
Hi Nick! Beautiful collection of Peperomias and nice tips too. Thank you for sharing bud. From the garden city of India to you, have a special week! Cheers.
Such an informative video. Thank you. I love peperomias and you introduced me to some I wasn’t familiar with!! Keep up the great videos!
Love how informative your videos are. I also love peperomias. I have only two but have some on my wish list. I will wait for spring.
Thanks so much Nick, loved this video, I love peperomias also, and thanks to you I have added 4 more to my wish list, Lol! I do love that they tell you when they need a drink, that is so nice, I use to be an overwaterer, but not any more, and that is probably why I have so many more plants these days. Thank you again, I just love plants so much they take me to my happy place, see you soon, bye for now.
Each of every plants are really very beautiful. I also love peperomia plant. Nice sharing, friend.
I just got the Peperomia Albovittata Piccolo Banda a week ago and am in love with it. It wasn't labeled so it took me a long time to find the name. You have just confirmed for me what it is. Thanks Nick for talking about one of my favorite plants!
I got it at Home Depot in Kelowna,BC, Canada for about $4.
same thing happened to me with my pixie peperomia !
Been interested in peperormias for a little while now. Just ordered my first one off Etsy a variegated peperomia ruffle! So looking forward to it 😁
I’m slowly building my peperomia collection. Such cute, interesting plants!
Thank you for your videos. You are so knowledgeable and your plants are beautiful.
I have Peperomia Incana! Found it at my local big box store! It’s super big and lush and is in a hanging pot! Part of a stem actually fell off and I propagated that stem and some leaves in soil, they actually rooted so fast and grow so well!!! I love this plant😍
I love my Piccolo Banda too! It's gone completely nuts sprouting out tall red stems with leaves and flowers. So cool.
I really enjoy rewatching this video. Peperomias are so addicting 😂
I love peperomias. I have two of the ones you highlighted and am always on the lookout for more. I almost ordered the piccolo Banda off Etsy and now am wishing I would’ve. Can’t wait for mine to grow more lush like yours.
I just brought a variegated peperomia at my local greenhouse today. It's such a beautiful plant. I'm excited to keep adding more of them to my home as time goes on.
Great video 🌿
I also love Peperomias, each one is unique..
Thanks for sharing and hope you have a great week ...
Really like your description of the plants, an that you really watch an learn each one. Incana ? I really like it, the shape an color, might have to see if Steve’s still has it! 😀 Thanks Nick
Handsome with a great voice and very knowledgeable! Another great vid!
Hi, Nick. This is Jalika. Thank you, for sharing your beautiful, wonderful plants. They're beautiful. Thanks again.
Hi, Nick, you have totally got me excited about my plants again, I just ordered from Peppers, great plants. Love your videos🤗😍😊🌱🍃🌿🌾🌵Keep it up,, your great!!!
I wish I was as smart about plants as you are I learn a lot from your videos I watch them multiple times when I need to know something thank you for making all your CZcams videos
Great video, your enthusiasm and knowledge are awesome. Peperomias are such cool plants. I am trying to track down P. Caperata, with darker or red-tinted leaves. Great collection. I really like Hoffmannii - the one you have in your collection looks so healthy. I have always had bad luck growing any plant that has really small leaves. It reminds me of Helxine (baby tears) or Pilea-Creeping Charlie, another plant I like but have not had good luck with them. It seems that Peperomias can tolerate being grown inside better especially during winter with lower humidity.
Really I know so much about peperomia..thank nick..you are awesome as always.
Oh my God I live in New Jersey and I happened to be in PA one day, drove by Ill exotics and fell in love!! I wish I lived closer.. purchased some really cool stuff!! Going there in two weeks!
I got a graveolens in a succulent mix having no idea it was a peperomia until I researched it. You inspired me to repot him cuz I want him as big as yours!
Just bought one, because yours looks so lovely.
I looove Peps and I adore that you speak and understand their love language
Thanks to your videos, soon my home will be full of peperomias! lol Every time I see a vid I end up adding another one to my wishlist :) new subscriber here !
I’ve been watching from the background for months now (once finally discovering you). You’ve taught me so much! The only Peperomia I have trouble with is Serpens. Yours is lovely! Any care tips from the pro? I try the taco test on it but feel like I must be overwatering when the new growth dies off at the ends 😞 please send help! 🙏🏻
love this! you have more peperomias than I have plants, but that isn't a bad thangggggg 🖤🌿
I just started collecting peperomia today. Thankyou for this video ❤
I have a peperomia angulata, peperomia piccolo banda, and a peperomia ruby cascade. The best care I've found is to keep them in medium-high light and only bottom water when completely dry (which often is 2 weeks).
I love peperomias.
They are beautiful.
Good job.
I've been in love with peperomia since 2019, especially with watermelon. I don't know why. But they never fail to make my heart beat fast. Well, as of now, I have ten varieties. All of them are common. Nonetheless, I super duper love them all! Anyway, your eyes are gorgeous!
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS AND THE INFO YOU SHARE...
Peperomia’s are my favourite too! Piccolo Banda and Nepoli Nights are my favourite. On my Wishlist is the Ruby Ripple Peperomia 🤤
Know this is an older video, but super useful for me. I have a peperomia rotundifolia that just hates me. Can’t get the watering right, keeps dropping leaves in huge clumps (while simultaneously putting out new growth) and now seems to have mealybugs. Succulent plants are my jam and used to have a large collection, but I just recently got back into houseplants and figured semi succulent plants like peperomias would be easy for me. Nope, both mine are a disaster.
My fav peperomias are the Hope, angulata and tetragona. Such an interesting family with so much variety!
I just rewatched this video because I couldn’t identify a new peperomia I bought on a Facebook sale because I wanted the pot! And there is my Huffmannii - one of your favourites, of course! I love it too! Thanks! 💕🇨🇦
Hoffmannii!
I'm becoming addicted to peperomias!! I got 2, 6 inch pots of obtusifolia not knowing wtf a peperomia even was lol but I think I currently have 8 different peperomias, doubles of a couple. I picked up what I think is a little polybotrya from my local Lowe's today after work. It was so dry, it floated when I soaked it. The 4 leaves still on it perked up noticeably within an hour of getting it home. I know it's happier because of your "taco test" 🤘🏼
I’ve never seen parallel pep in a nursery. I saw it at a cafe and took a cutting 🤫 I now have quite a lot of peps, they really are lovely.
Nick I killed a couple Peperomias in a spectacular fashion. I think i needed to ignore them a bit. Yours are lovely. The 4 I have left are doing great. Yours are gorgeous!!
My Graveolens flowered for me recently and it smells like corn chips....nauseating to a point hahaha
Could be worse, have you ever grown a purple passion plant? those orange-yellow flowers smell like stinky socks. I still remember that description from reading it in some publication many years ago.
I fricken fall asleep to your voice every
This inspires me to hunt as much peperomia as I could. 😍❤️
OMG!! Now I MUST have the peperomia hoffmannii 😍😍😍😫😩😩😩. Great video!
Ive been trying to find one for so long😩 I'm not gonna stop looking either
Lovely plants and no i dont have any but will they are on my wish list
This video has got me interested in peperomia! I'd love to have a graveolens and a a hoffmanii
I like peperomia very much :). Thanks for sharing, because next year I would like to buy ruby glow. I didn't realize that it could be so big. But still worth it 💚
I was just wondering when you would post a new video then this popped up
I love peperomia too! I just got hope over the weekend
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!! LOVE THE PEPEROMIAS!! NUFF SAID🤗🤗🤗
I was hoping you had an incana and talk about it! I just found it in person and after feeling it I got a cute lil pot of it!
Hi Nick. I enjoy your videos. Any experience with happy green bean? Thoughts?
I thought for sure I'd learn something about my peperomia nivalis today! It's my own favorite pep, do you have one?? I can't find care info for it anywhere but it seems happy so far.
Hi Nick... I’ve been trying to get a hold of at least some of the peperomia that I like. Knew of them through watching your videos.
When I went to Seattle for like a day 😂 and I went in a store and I saw so many cool plants and. I saw the first peperomia you brought out 😍🙌🏼
Exotics WithNature which store? I’m always on the hunt for a good local plant shop.
It was a grocery store called QFC they had a great selection and since it’s cold in Seattle their cacti were pricey lol
Damn. My QFC does not have any good plants. It’s just the same peace lily, orchids and bamboo year round. They had some air plants glued into urchin shells once.
I have a large south facing window in my apartment and my plants all do really well even my calatheas which are pulled back a few feet Have an echeveria right up against the window and it’s doesn’t even etiolate. Going to be moving soon and feel like me and my plants have been really spoiled with all of this amazing light lol
Where did you get that cute round pot the Hoffmanii is in? Thanks for this vid...so many pepperomia I had no idea about!
Let me start off by saying I 💚 YOUR CHANNEL!!! Have you ever had an Episcia cupreata frost plant? If so, can you do a video on it?
I have two peperomias, a variegated obtusifolia and a peperomia silver ripple. My obtusifolia is soooo easy to take care of!
I have an older obtusifolia, it grows very symmetrically, its a very attractive plant. .
Fabulous! another obsession to cultivate, Peperomia madness
Thank you! Any tips on peperomia prostrata? I just got one and she’s declining 😭
I have a Peperomia very similar to your Tetragona but it was sold to me as Peperomia Angulata. Is it the same thing or just similar?
Love all your various kinds of peperomias. A few of them are considered lucky plants by the Chinese.
I had a graveonus Ruby Glow and I could not keep it happy to same me. I think I over watered it and it didn’t get enough light. After seeing yours, I think I might try again.
Meijer owes you a thank you. I was nosing in the plant isle and as soon as I saw the name, I had to pick it up.
Had a hoffmanii but it died after a couple of weeks. I couldn’t figure out the care it needs. Just kept drooping and drooping and drooping. Hope to get another soon to learn about it again :(
Lovely mate
Would you please consider a "how to care for peperomias" video? I have an obtusifolia that I love (love propagating it) and recently got 3 varieties of Caperata and I would love a video from someone that loves peperomia on how to make them happy 😊
I think, even going off this vid, there's so much variety in peperomias. You have to treat them based on their individual needs. Other than, as said, water when they tell you to.
You are so knowledgeable
Philly viewer here! Any local places you like to buy your plants from?
I have only one it's a Peperomia orba. I keep it in a north window and have almost killed it because I was afraid to over water it. I learned to feel the leaves for watering needs.
I just got a Peperomia orba on Saturday. I cannot believe how gorgeous they are. I hope I don't kill it!
Halloween Mischief 🌿🌱 mine needs water once a week. It is in a small pot with light weight soil for easy drainage
@@ruthdennisKnits I have mine in a small terracotta pot with cactus/succulent soil mixed with poultry grit for drainage. It is in a south-southwest-facing window (that has the sun coming through all day, but no direct sun.) I just potted it on Saturday, so I haven't watered it yet.
Can you make a video about peperomia arifolia if you own one? I just bought one for so cheap at the garden center, it's big and gorgeous and I literally cannot find a single video about it.
The flower of the ruby glow reminded me and my grandma of popcorn but like old popcorn 😂 i had to chop them off because they made my room smell 😅😂 I felt bad but 😖 stinky lol
I have come to a conclusion that you were right, about what you might add? Not transplanting new plants right away. My daughters Hoya is looking great, cause it's still in the same pot. Mine I hope lives.
Thank you.
I feel like peperomia are underrated. I love them 💚
I have a peperomia red ecuador that was given to me and It’s so hard to find information on, I’ve never seen them at any nursery, and I didn’t even know the name of it until watching this video.
wished you could of gone more into detail about watering and how much light they need...
Oh I so want the hoffmanii, I can't find it anywhere (Ontario canada) :(
Does the hoffmanni have small green/white flowers that seem to be an exstension of the top leaf clusters?
How do you keep your pep quadrangularis sitting so well in the soil? Mine is a small bunch and i feel like its so top heavy that it falls out when soil is dry or if u accidentally brush byit? but i dont want to dig it in too deep cos when i water it, the water will get on the lower leaves?
Why u didn't added the pepromia which u found accidentally I love that plant of. Urs that has purple shade to it
YESSSSS A PEPEROMIA VIDEOOOO
Olá, já as minhas plantas favoritas são duas, Bougainville e Hibiscos!😍😍eu tenho várias,de cores diferentes! gosto muito do seus vídeos, aprendo muito! Obrigada!🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
