Your 12 days of christmas are amazing! I love your plan for all in one! If I could see to stitch on 46 count I would love to do as one. My limit is 36 count and that would be huge!

Miss Brijin, such language. Lol, I had to stop, go back, play it again, I laughed so hard. I don't know why I just never expected that. For what it's worth, one of my biggest hangups on doing my own floss tube is that my mouth can be worse than my literal trucker husband. 😂 Certainly didn't offend me, it was clear you were super excited. 🐝 I have yet to pull the trigger on the 12 days of Christmas but oh I am getting so close! Your piece is tempting me but I can’t settle on whether I want to do the trees or the sampler style. Thanks for another great video, I always look forward to seeing your stitching. Today I am starting the Deadly Aquarium SAL, resistance is futile 😂
That's such a hard decision, there are definitely times I wish I had done the trees and times I'm glad I'm doing the samplers! But honestly I don't think you can go wrong either way!

I love seeing all your progress. I’m trying to finish a birth sampler at the moment and finally made a bit more progress but books wise i’ve just listened to 3/4 books from a series i read as a teen as the author just announced her first adult novel, a follow on from those books.

🐝 Out of all of this stitching, and as usual you did a lot! Out of all of it, I really love your 12 Days of Christmas! I don’t blame you for being very excited over that progress. Very pretty. Can’t wait to see the entire piece finished! Also, I 2nd the request for
a MarkUp XP tutorial. I’ve been watching the tutorials, but I’d like to see someone other than the s/w designer scan in a paper pattern. I’ve done that with Pattern Keeper (PK) and it was a big fail! I’ve only used PK on one project. And I liked it. But it overlapped pages and this was just from a PDF pattern I downloaded. Played the dickens trying to keep everything straight. Thx for the video. Now you have me curious about your next one. I just love your backgrounds in your videos. And thx for ironing your projects. So much more enjoyable for the viewer to get a clear idea of the details. Man those fingers of yours did tons of work since your last video! Cheers!

I’m just finishing up ‘Tis Spring by Brenda Gervais then I’m picking Vibrant Flowers by Kathy Barrick back up! I started it for Sully Stitches birthday Saturday but only worked on it for a day and I’m itching to get back to it. 🐝

Brijin, I love this episode! Such beautiful stitching. Quick question, what are the dimensions on your days of Christmas cross stitch? Since you're keeping all the borders, do you know what the stitch count, width and height are for this? I have gone back and forth on keeping the borders or not keeping the borders, but like you I really love the different borders on the days and would like to stitch them all together like you are!
Hi! Yes, here are the details as I've calculated them! I'm working it with 4 samplers wide by 3 samplers high, with 3 stitches worth of space between each sampler, and that comes out to 397w x 402h! So on the 46ct linen that I'm working with that's 17.3" x 17.5"! But if you're working on a different linen those calculations should be easy to adjust! I hope this helps!

I loved the first book in that series, but unfortunately I ended up DNFing the rest of them after book 3 or 4! Without spoilers the green bean casserole was my last straw😂

On the 46ct 1x2 it's gonna come out to roughly 17 inches square! You can get the patterns through Liz's Etsy or any online or local cross stitch store! They're a series so each day is it's own chart

Your Days of Christmas piece is stunning! I just got in a couple pieces of 46ct and I honestly about went cross eyed trying to see the threads lol. Do you use magnifiers or anything when you stitch on it or do you just get used to it? 🐝
I definitely used magnifiers when I first started working with it, I'm happy to say that now my eyes have adjusted to it and now I don't need them!

🐝 Do you have any recommendations on videos teaching people how to use Mark Up. I feel so technologically challenged when I try to use the app. I want to like it, but it frustrates me. I know it has to be user error.
Oh that would be nice! I actually don't, I learned a lot through trial and error and bugging my friend who showed me the app! I get it though, it's definitely not the easiest to learn!
