Just love it all once again! Okay, the funky deer is my choice! I have the chart and am going to buy the NPI silks very soon and then pick out a fabric! When you are ready let me know! For your chatelaine project, i don't see anything wrong with selling the full kit on eBay or destash and putting that money toward one you want! I feel like the sentiment of the gift was for you to do a pattern you wanted!

I love Kit Parade videos so much, and yours is no exception! Yes, get on the Blackberry House -that was my favorite finish of the year so far!! It's so gorgeous. I know you already know this, but I'm ready to start the Woodpecker whenever you are! Also, I'm currently kitting up Pink Sparrow...cause it's amazing and I can't not. Let the WIP list grow! :)

I loved your kit parade! I really love kitting up projects and have an insane amount ready to go….one that I do have is that Bella Filipina. My friend bought it for me for Christmas. I’ve only done a dozen stitches so hopefully you’ll start it sometime so it can encourage me to get back to mine. His patterns are really beautiful. I’m about 1/3 of the way through his Bellatrix. I tried to do Isabella’s Heart but I made a huge mistake that I couldn’t fudge do I just scrapped it completely. I really love the Celtic Ladies. I’m a bit older than you and actually remember when they came out. I have completed both Noel and Spring. I didn’t do the wording on either. I just repeated a couple of the bands of stitching above their heads to fill in the space so they can hang year around. Or they will if I ever frame them!
Oooh that's a great idea to replace the words on Celtic Spring with more bands of stitching! I'll definitely make a note of that for when I purchase the chart!

Thanks for sharing your kitted projects with us. So many of the projects you have kitted or that are on your wish list I have in my stash. I plan on starting Remember Me at some point this year. Just debating what floss I want to do it with (DMC/Silks or Roxy) so many choices 😀
Oooh I bet a Roxy floss conversion of Remember Me will be absolutely gorgeous if you decide to go that route! I think the next Roxy Floss conversion I'll be asking for is for Winter Rose Manor!

Love those kits. Who is counting? I count my stitches & that is all I count. LOL. It is so true that your tastes change. When I go thru a stack of projects & I scream "Oh, I want to stitch this" I know it is a keeper. even the ones I don't care for anymore, I still keep (if I don't give away) & you never know when your taste will change & a project that wasn't "you" suddenly becomes YOU big time. Sizzle on, dear one & ENJOY all the projects, kits, thread, fabric you desire.

I love having projects either fully kit up or at least having stash to be able to kit something up at the last minute of I decide I want to start something right away, and not have to wait for weeks for special fibers or fabric to arrive! You have a wonderful selection!

Okay so I have about 20 kit projects, I though I was the only one that did that. Thank you so much for sharing your parade, I have a few of the ones that you are going to do. I am having a hard time finding 16 count fun color aidas.
Ooh if you’re looking for fun color 16 count definitely check out fiber on a whim! They’ve got a huge selection of colors and always have a good selection of aidas!
Lots of exciting projects kitted up and a fun range of styles and sizes. I really like that 10 yard of variegated silk, I wouldn’t fussy cut like you said! Why buy variegated if you’re gonna cut it into individual colours imo
Great kits ❤ Winter Rose Manor is so pretty for a winter project. I have Strawberry Fields kitted up and I've been meaning to start it for a couple months now but Jolly July and now all the fall stitching! So, it will wait for probably next spring.

Love it!! I have all the Mirabilia Queens, too. I’m stitching Royal Holiday right now and can’t decide which one I want to make next. I love Winter Rose Manor by Brenda Gervais and want to start it next year. Let Love Reign is also on the top of my list. There are so many things I want to kit up and start next year, especially after almost a year of no starts!
I love your plans for the Bridgerton charts! Especially the big one with closing the border in or only making it three sides. I’m not huge on Sampler people, either, but they just seemed to fit the vibe of the pattern as I was charting it, so I went with it. And since they’re all supposed to go together, I’m stuck in that mood. I can’t wait to chart Penelope (especially her hair!)

As for kitting projects, it's so much fun! I do it in order to commit to a pattern I love but can't stitch at the moment. The problem is sometimes they get bumped in line and I end up "borrowing" the floss!
I agree! Sometimes if I don't kit up a project when I see it, I'll forget about it completely, lol!
So much inspiration! I love seeing all of your plans. I have the pattern only, but Winter Rose Manor is going to be started this winter for me. And I just recently saw the Spring Celtic Lady from Lavender and Lace and am obsessed. I really want to do her. Mirabilia has Garden Serenade which feels a similar vibe color wise, and I play the violin (or did many moons ago) and I think they would be stunning hung together.

Some people are fools! I love WIPS and kitted projects. After being back to stitching for a little over a year I'm still stuck in mostly small and medium chart land. Once in a while a larger piece. I can't get many WIPS built up because I keep finishing (but rarely FFO). I love seeing what you're up to, happy stitching 🪡🪡🪡Olga, I love her and need to get that chart!

I truly do not understand why people feel the need to make backhanded or any type of negative comments about ones starts, kits, ect. It's everyone's personal love of their craft, and as long as it isn't hurting anyone, which how in the world WOULD it hurt anyone else, then goodness- just let us crafters and makers be ourselves in this lovely community!
I squealed when I saw one of your wishlist items was The Blue Flower, Nature to the Needle- I found this pattern at a quilt show and fell IN LOVE with it. I have the pattern but haven't kitted it since I am afraid of smaller counts (working on my first 22 right now... we will see!)

Hi! Love all your projects! I am doing Let Love Reign, you may want to check your math before you start. I needed a full half yard 40 count for mine, not a quater. It is such a beautiful piece! I have about the top 2 bands done. I really want to get back to it, but I have sooo many other projects calling as well LOL

I just kitted 3 more projects yesterday 🎉. JoAnn had 2 Lori Holt patterns I’d been wanting and their DMC is 66 cents per skein. Can’t beat the price.
Wow! My Joann barely even has DMC. I’d fall over if mine carried patterns at all! That’s awesome.

Omg! I am ready to add ro my list! Lol! ❤ Also, when ypu dye your own fabric, is it colorfast? I keep thinking the dye would come off on my hands as i stitch!
I've never had an issue with the color leaking while I'm stitching! I wouldn't trust it to be completely colorfast though, like I wouldn't wash the finished piece! But I've never had dye move while touching it after it's dried or while ironing!

I know I'm slacking in watch this CZcams, and I don't know anything about changing colors of projects but do you know who might be able to help me change the colors of Isabella's Heart to lavender colors? I love this project and would love to do it for my sister but she's a purple girl. I appreciate any information you can give me and also, I enjoy all of your videos. Your videos make me happy.

Thank you, I'll try to get in touch with Hannah. I saw someone do this piece in lavender but that was when I was new to floss and didn't realize people do convertions and I need to take notes.
