I’m 42, no husband, no friends, no social life… and looking back, I realize this is the BEST time of my life. Peace is priceless. Some may judge and think this is sad, but I love it.
Introverts get their energy from being alone, extroverts get their energy from being in groups.
I'm 81, alone my whole life. I'm still alive and kicking. Only child. I absolutely love being alone. I am my best friend.
I'm 47, married, I have three real friends, and I don't go out much. People are really just a liability.
Being alone and being lonely are 2 different things. Sometimes being alone for a while is the best move on the chessboard.
This comment section is so kind. Thank you. I turn 40 this week and I am single, no kids and my parents are in heaven. My friends are my 2 dogs and a bunny. They are loyal. I too look forward to work and errands. I think I’m still in shock how unbelievably cruel this world can be. I’ve been severely bullied my entire life but became worse as I grew older. Being alone is safe and can be very fun. Many blessings everyone. Life is what you make it. So make
I'm 39, no friends, no social life, no wife, no kids, no pets,... and I love my life. Sometimes is hard but it is for everyone. This is a bless my friend.
No wife, no kids, sleep great, no stress, no health problems, no debt, no drama, peace is priceless!
Being betrayed by someone you thought was your friend or someone you thought loved you and would be there for you is one of the worst feelings one can experience. It is a hard gut punch.
Whoever said more money more problems got it wrong... It's actually more people more problems. I'm a single father and every time I let some one in they become a distraction from what my calling is.
I'm 40, no wife, no kids, no social life. My true friends I can count on one hand. People are a liability. Solitude is a hard won ally. I'm very thankful for it.
46, no wife/no kids and living my best life ever. Wouldn't have it any other way. God bless.
I'm 48, burnt out with being socially deceptive, I'm a true introvert, no friends, no close family ties, and no social life. I look forward to work and running errands
When you’re young, everybody wants to be your friend but when you’re older, It’s very hard to make friends
31 no wife, no friends and no social life but have my beautiful dog. She keeps me motivated and she helps me stay in nature.
This is me as well. I cannot deal with crazy people in 2024. All they do is judge and hate on each other, They are full of pride and are narcissistic, cold hearted and careless. They hate the truth and will block you for speaking of it. Good for you for being a loner. I too am one. It helps me keep my peace.
I'm 56 years old and I have been alone for over six years now and it's lonely but its a lot better than being used.
Thank you for sharing, 38, no wife, no kids, no social life, and i truly love my life. Was always a lone wolf, wouldnt have it any other way.
I’m 49, happily divorced, kids grown, alone NOT lonely and happy as a clam. People are awful and hurtful. No energy for their mess. Plus, I must say, I’m the best friend and company I ever had. ❤
I'm 43 and no friends, no partner, and no social life. After being with someone for over 20 years I found that a peace of mind is so priceless. At first I thought something was wrong with me because I really don't have a life. But Im so at peace with myself and Im ok with that.
