Then you TRULY find out who are your true friends during your adversity. The key is to not be bitter about this reality. It's the world we live in. Another thing to consider is nervous system dysregulated. Everyone has had a lot of stress the last few years and stress accumulates in the body until it dysregulates you and you get stuck in fight or flight or freeze mode. This shift your perspective and way of seeing the world around you as a not safe place. (This doesn't discount mean people that need to go) But it's good to take care of yourself first.

I can hardly think of any positive past memories around other humans… I’m 37 and all I remember with my peers were just ridicule, making fun of other people or me, bullying, mocking, criticism, and jokes at best. I realized by 18 there was nothing really positive or enjoyable from being around others.
Same here. I always look back on my life, and everyone I've met in any environment or stage in my life, even trying to meet others on the basis of common interests. I've always noticed that they always were trying to stir the pot and create problems, talking behind my back and sought to bring in drama into my life. I have barely met anyone in this world who did not have some sort of urge to financially or otherwise destroy me. The proof of this is that most people won't even just want to hang out with you on the basis of similar interests or even music, etc.

This video is the single, most important self/help/awareness advice I have ever viewed. All the comments are also bang on. I have learned more from this than all the books I have read, all the video documentaries and the 3 shrinks I drove nuts trying to help me figure it all out. Im 74 now, and beginning to value my solitude and the few family and friends that I still communicate with. Im not fully at peace yet, but much more comfortable with solitude. You pretty much nailed it. It's almost like I'm just exhausted by all the let downs to the point of never wanting to put myself in a situation where I could be let down again.
I’ve got all these people working around me, they make snide, belittling comments, disguised as jokes. I caught the plays from the beginning and I used to let it go, knowing they’re hurting individuals. Now, I’ve realized I have to “check them up” - hold them accountable for their remarks. I’m not doing the bs either - be part of the solution, or get out of the way. 🦅
I support you ,but don’t let them make you stalled stutter or doubt yourself after hearing their remarks so much one can start to doubt oneself, as playful as them tell them what’s up highlight their jelousy be cocky for being you , look at you’re reflection on a glass mirror xyz make sure this gotta be in their presence and say wow I’m handsome/ beautiful young fresh rich and successful of course god makes no mistakes slap yourself a bit on the cheeks and look back at them and say mmm well lol … don’t dim you’re light to fit in

I am 54. Divorced 4 times. 4 kids. Only one has anything to do with me. The zero part is my whole life. My relatives has had nothing to do with me my whole life. Same with my brother. My ex-wives only used me. No groups, organizations, religions. Want anything to do with me. I extremely lucky anyone talks to me personally. To my face. The public refuses to give me any positive reenforcement. None. Yet. Although. Being none stop punished for everyone. Minding my own business and none stop losing my wright's. I am 100% perfectly fine being on my own and by myself. I personally gained a boat load of knowledge because of it. I get to do what I want to do and when I want to do it. I am not joking. I love my life. There is me. My son because he is handicap. Our small dog. Our birds. Now. Only if the Government would grow up and stop punishing us for the rest of the world. That would make my life extremely perfect. My personal stress level is extremely low.

Late to the party but dude you nailed it. I’ve been having a hard time with this lately but the reality is I’m not designed for their way of life. Trying to change myself to fit in has only ever destroyed my mentality over and over. Loneliness will be a common companion for me either way. I’ve been on a journey to become good company for myself and now I have to tackle a few last big hurdles and I’m not going to lie, it’s scary. But I know I have to do it especially since I foresee a downfall coming for a lot of people. Keep fighting for you bro and may the scales tip ever in your favor.

Jesus is inner State you must work hard for. . It not space or time somewhere sometime. It State here and now you work for taking by strenghth.
You hit it on the head, when we were younger, we didn't know any better, we basically allowed ourselves to be taken advantage of because we were naive. But as you get older and have had some bad relationships, you just become better at reading people and knowing what you want.
