I am an Indian and even I won't compare Imran with Trump. Trump's only qualification is that he was born in a wealthy family, Imran Khan came out of retirement and led his team to world cup victory. He has been in politics for 20 years and yes, he has got experience in governance.

1-Imran Khan is an oxford qualified graduate in Political Science. While I doubt Donald Trump even completed his GCSE.
2-Imran Khan Struggled for 22 years to reach where he is at today, Imran is a self made man, while Trump is Donald Trump because his father was rich.
3- Imran Khan was a successful legendary cricketer, while trump almost failed at every thing he did a part from conning ppl to vote for him.
4- Imran was a international celebrity of some intellect, while trump was only known for his colorful life.
5-Imran is a leader that unites ppl, while trump is a racist.
6-Imran is a philanthropist while Trump is a con form trump university to his business success.
7-Above all Imran talks sense, while Trump is a complete nonsense.
Donald Trump is not a graduate, he is an undergraduate. He has a simpel B.S which is an undergrduate certificate, B.S (honors) is what is classed as a graduate. While Imran Khan enrolled in Keble College, Oxford where he studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics, graduating with honours in 1975. Which is the most prestigious institute in the world. Imran Khan is a graduate while trump is not. So stop being a MELA ANGREZ, and stop sitting on GORA'S TATTI AND CLAMING IT TO BE UR'S and try again after learning the certificate classification system properly. And do some research on trump.s B.S that too is controversial.

Dear Trevor, please do some research. I'm an Indian but I'd rather have Khan at the helm of a country like Pakistan than anyone else. He promotes peace and love. Perhaps one of the only politicians who does this in Pakistan and genuinely believes India to be an ally. If you have any idea about the Indo-Pak region you will know how smart,educated and amicable person.

I am Pakistani; I didn't vote for Khan. This man has an ex-wife who has done everything to besmirch his image, even published an autobiography just before the election which really wasn't a biography but a propaganda against Khan. The man didn't even responded with a single word. She kept saying things to get response from him, he did nothing. She became the joke and he became the PM.
If you knew Pakistani politicians and the unnecessary protocols they get, the guy is a saint compared to them. He eats with his servants. Now I don't know but before election if he was out in Islamabad, most likely you'd have seen him with a friend or two, no security guards.

for it to be humour, either it has to work as a hyperbole or it should have an unexpected twist which appeals. i'm not pakistani but even i know that the comparison is preposterous for it to work as humour. it's no one's case that Trevor was trying to make an insightful comment on pakistani politics, but the half-assed attempt to palm off the comparison as funny, is quite lame.

But as a media student i also know how satirical programs are watched by large audiences and people form opinion by watching these shows thus, this news story is adding fuel to the stereotypes that already prevail in the minds of those who don’t actually know what is happening in Pakistan.

1) Imran Khan, despite of all the failures, proved himself as a self-made man, while Trump got a loan from his Father to start a business & that loan was for "only a few million dollars".
2) Imran Khan made his country a World Champion while Donald Trump was going bankrupt.
3) Imran Khan had a political struggle of 22 years before becoming Prime Minister, while Trump came from nowhere & became a President.
4) Imran Khan was making The Very First Cancer Hospital (which still offers free treatment) in his country while Trump was investing in clubs.
5) Imran Khan made top ranking University while Trump was making casinos.
6) & last but not the least...
Imran Khan is going to have a 2nd term of his Government, while Trump has been thrown out like a tissue paper by his own nation. :)

He is thr one who released his tax returns first and created an uprising for politians of pakistan to release their tax returns that eventually led them into jail for immense corruption charges. You are so wrong in making this comparison. Imran's nationalism is not at all based on race or ethnicity. He simply wants Pakistan to stop depending on foreign aid. Also, he has previous political experience. His party has fought in elections several times and formed govt in one province in the last term. This is the first Trevor video I have disliked. I understand the context of humor, but when it comes to politics, people like Trevor have some responsibility in not spreading false information. Please read a little more about Imran Khan. I'm not saying he's a great person, but he doesn't deserve to be insulted with Trump comparisons. By the way, I'm not Pakistani, I'm definitely not an Imran Khan supporter and Trevor is still currently on of my favorite comedians.
