    I had to pleasure of training with US Marine Corporal Christian Latoof, (2013 Mr. Arkansas (physique, Triathalon Champion, Henderson State University Football player and Muay Thai/Cage Fighter). This man is 6’1 223lbs and handled this workout like a champ. SALUTE.
    Military Burpee Grind
    50 3 pump burpees (150 pushups)

      Bouncing is also very difficult in this stage of the endurance... after 100 burpees every step looks difficult... only salute for big man beside Wolfe....

    This was the routine that got me into doing burpees. I could only manage to first 50 3 pumps and I was absolutely destroyed by their pace. Now I can do the whole routine, but it is a beast of a routine to do. And yes it still destroyed me but my determination got me through it. Stay strong Wolf Pack💪💪

      @@Bla-wy4tm Seine Burpees weichen generell etwas von den "normalen" ab, z.B. haut er, bevor er runter geht, gegen die Bauchmuskeln. Warum genau er den Sprung weglässt kann ich dir leider nicht sagen. Ich persönlich variiere nach jedem Satz meine Burpees, sodass die mit Sprung auch mal drankommen

      @@Bla-wy4tm das ist der Militär Burpee- ausserdem wird mit den sog. "pumps" bei den burpees mehr emphasis auf den pushup gelegt, sprich der Militär Burpee hat etwas mehr Fokus auf "Kraftsport" als der normale Burpee mit Sprung.

    Happy I found your channel, I already was used to lifting weights and I am quite fit from bicycling and running but I had never done burpee or these kind of work outs before and it is something else entirely.     Managed to finish the whole thing today. Was my second time trying this. Mental fatigue is worse than the physical one.lf you get through the Single Pump Burpees in the middle,know that you can do it until the end. Thank you, Wolf for the brutal workout,you rule dude.

    I know it's not much, but today I was able to do 25 one pump Navy seals without shoulder pain. Four months ago I hurt my shoulder benching, so I haven't been able to do much with it. Continued to watch your videos and rehab my shoulder til I could do some burpees. Keeping getting it, sir!

    What an awesome video. Just two marines going at it. Giving up is not an option. I used to do burpees “CrossFit style”, but now I do them “prison style”, I hit my stomach without even thinking about it, it’s automatic. My goal is to do 100 navy seals.. Keep up the good work.       Toby I’m seeing your comment 3 years later - did you stick to it? Have you lost weight?
      I literally gave up my gym membership after seeing and feeling the results of a solid burpee routine. I used to power lift - my health is better today than it’s ever been - military days included.

      Yes down to 218lbs was up to a 350burpee/ 1,165 pushups routine. But leveled down a little bit 💪💪 hitting the concrete about 4-5days a wk

    Just completed a 300 single push up burpee session in 58:00 min. I’m wrecked now. After years of lifting this is feeling so much better.

    GySgt, not sure if you read comments on old videos. Just want you to know that these workouts are what got me through OCS last year. Ran and did your workouts for 10 months leading up to stepping onto Brown Field and was in some of the best shape of my life. Nothing replaces consistency and hard work. This training has become the cornerstone of EVERYTHING I do today, and is keeping me ready for TBS.

      @@IronWolf84 You got my respect and appreciation. I've picked up some real good stuff off you over the months. When it comes to calisthenics I completely changed up the way I train. I was doing everything wrong trying to hit too many reps without earning them and being sloppy while trying to do them weighted. I kept getting injuries that held me back and kept hitting the same plateaus. I started adding your workouts into my routine and nothing but steady progress since. Prehab/Rehab work is daily maintenance. I also added Turmeric, Omega 3, Magnesium to my supplement list. These are permanent changes and I'm already seeing benefits.

    Love this, I do a mix of burpees x 20 then 10 pull ups, 20 Squats, 10 x dips, 20 alt lunges. For a cycle of 30 minutes. I've always trained and although 54 I pride myself on maintaining a standard. Iron Wolf has provided me with new vigor and energy, love his machine mentality

    Even thou i subscribed only a month ago and started pushing 100 burpees daily after being inspired by Iron wolf, I can say 100 doesn't take that long to do now and am about to lift my number from 100 to 200.
    Love this military style exercise with no bullshit just straight grinding. Keep up the good work soldier's and keep inspiring many 🤙

    Loved it iron wolf thanks for putting together, did simplified version but still couldn’t keep up after about 20 min, but I’m getting there n just trying to keep up with you is leading to gains n fat loss I never thought possible

    I am convinced iron wolf isn't human. I think he is a clone developed in an advanced military lab. They are creating many clones like iron wolf to have the strongest army in the world to take on any enemy.     Wolf, you taught me about hand placement when dropping down into a push-up position. I used to just drop down similar to how your marine friend is doing but way worse than what he's doing and I injured my shoulder significantly.
    Now, I follow your style of burpee and I have no shoulder problems.
