I love your content because I planned on doing this before but don't own my own house yet. When I do I guarantee I'll be using this for reference - keep up the great work.
I’ve got a few different types of grass, one of them gets yellow spots like that, and the others turn into lush dark green spots and grow 2-3x faster, but I’ve got multiple dogs with different diets, it could that that also I don’t know 😅
In terms of your dog's bathroom peeing situation. What I did with my dogs is I trained them to go to the bathroom in one specific part of the yard. I picked a spot and then I just got some garden fencing and then I use that as the border and then when they go outside to go to the bathroom that's where they go. Whether i'm with them or not. With my dog going to the bathroom in that 1 spot, I don't have to walk the yard to find poop, but I do have to use vinegar and then just the hose and rake the dirt. I do that because their area is just dirt no grass to keep the urine smell down and I do that Maybe every two months.
What my dad told me to do when I was little, is to watch where they go pee, and then use a hose and spray down that area. It distributes it around so there’s less of it in one spot to damage the grass
Have you tried transplanting grass to the burned spots? I’ve taken large “plugs” of healthy grass from a non conspicuous area and replaced the bad area
Is your dog a female? When mine was young her urine did the same thing but as she got older that stopped. I don't know if it's a hormone thing in younger females.
I wrote the exact same comment on another one of his videos. My boy dogs pee doesn’t do that.. but the girls did. As a matter of fact I kinda think it may have stopped also as she’s gotten older… she’s 6 now 🤔
I watch your lawn updates religiously haha

can this kind of mower be used on any grass? i feel like it's a greens mower, but i can't think of another machine that could cut short enough.

Why plant the trees right in the middle of the patch of lawn?? Wouldn't you have more room n be easier to mow if they were planted along the fence??
This is a man absolutely desperate for a flat patch of grass.
A 12 gauge shot gun?

Get rid of dog if you want an pristine yard. Otherwise, save your money and live with the spots.
