The neighbors should be ashamed and not shocked that a complete stranger came and helped someone with the yard work. My husband is 66. A few years back we had saved enough money to buy a riding lawn mower. Not only does he mow our yard, but the next door neighbor's and the neighbor next to her. He does this because he enjoys mowing and he knows these neighbors need a little help. And our neighbors are so grateful for it.

It appears the homeowner is more than physically capable to do his own yard work after your conversation with him. I think your time is more wisely spent helping seniors and people who are truly not able to do the physical work. I know I would be ashamed to accept free help to do my yard work because we are physically able and we take pride in our yard.
I am not even shocked that we have home owners who don’t give 1 💩 about their house appearance. Take some damn pride in your house. Renter or not…. You got time to be on your phone you got time to get out there and do something to your yard. Either rent the tools or hire someone…
Yes back in the days when I did have to rent ,always treated the place as if it was our own , when we moved on always were given good references for renting somewhere else
Yes I did too. I rented a house for 12 years. My landlord who has many rental properties said I was the best tenant he ever had. Unfortunately I got sick and had to go to a nursing home.
I wouldn't have said anything if I was that renter. People don't have to have a Martha Stewart yard, but mow it when it's wet if you have to. If you are able and have a mower, then mow your yard. He said he has a good expensive mower!!!!!!
I had to laugh, the young homeowner makes it sound like it's been a couple of weeks of rain, and tall grass, the neighbor says it hasn't looked like this in 2-3 YEARS.

The last five minutes is what most youtubers do! Awesome job. You have saved the neighbours (and the owners) from a real eyesore
Thank you Mr. Rake for the outstanding job you did today and for helping Brian on this incredible transformation! You and Brian "ROCK"!!! Well done!!😘
That’s years of neglect. But it is what it is & you guys have worked your miracle. ❤
Why do I enjoy watching you work. I must be slightly off. But thank you for your kind service
Well I appreciate your offness!! 😆😆 Hope you’re having a great day!
God Bless you helping this yard sad it isn’t being kept up Hope and Pray 🙏 they will keep it up
You are the hardest working man I’ve ever seen! I appreciate your work having lost my husband 3 years ago and knowing how the yard can quickly overwhelm one. Thanks again!
Mr rake would not be anything without you Brian. Another fine job you have done with this yard. I cannot wait to see what you do in the back. Don't over do it in the heat. I think you spoke with every neighbor on the block.
I so appreciate your dedication, but I wonder if the homeowner would not have been better served by lending you a hand?
It's Thursday once again!!! Got through T.S. Debby without any damage here in Central Florida only lots of rain but the Atlantic Ocean is getting busy and we are only in August.
What a nightmare to take on Brian.!! God Bless You for another challenging lawn restoration
I think you love a good challenge.
How wonderful you have a crowd forming across the street of nosey neighbors. Soon they'll be selling drinks and making videos with their cameras. You are such a good man for doing this and you help so many people. Kudos to Mr. Rake!!!!Who doesn't love a GOOD RAKE !!!
They “ judge” but don’t help,😢😢😢😢 I was brought up to help thy neighbor .
That was simply amazing Brian. A big shout out to Mr Rake as well. Bless you Brian, for shaping this phenomenal transformation. Take care and hope you recover. You’ve brought a lot of pleasure to people, including I’m sure, your client 👍👍👍
Anyone else see that old man casually walking by with the lawn mower he just lifted at 11:33
It was so nice of you to introduce Mr. Rake. He was indefatigable, just like you. Incredible job!
I can’t believe the difference in that house. Great job Brain. Love your work.
Mr. Take you are invaluable! Thanks for sponsoring Brian.
Definitely!! Thanks Penny 👋😊☺️
This property owner is a real piece of work. Making someone else responsible for something he should be doing himself or paying others to do for him.
You don't know anything about the owner to make a comment like that. You have no idea what the circumstances are.
You have no business judging someone you don't know. You have no idea what his circumstances are.
@@leecarey4375 I would have turned this property into the city. Maintaining the lawn to at least stay in code is not asking too much. The neighbors all seem to have their properties looking nice and well kept. People like this homeowner are bad for property values. Overgrowth not only looks bad it also brings an increase in bugs, snakes and rodents. So, I agree the owner in a real piece of work!
If there wasn't home owners like him we wouldn't have these videos to watch and brian would have to find a different job. Let's not judge ❤
@@leecarey4375 you are absolutely correct
What an amazing transformation and you could t have done it without Mr. Rake!
I love watching your videos.. im 81 and a retired grandmother
It turned out amazing, thanks to you and Mr. Rake
Job well done as always. Thank you. God bless. Enjoy your weekend
Thanks as always 😊👋 blessings to you and you have a happy birthday as well
There are just some yards too far gone to tackle. I think that was one of them. Kudos for the work you did plus cutting the tree too, that was above and beyond the "call of duty". It looks beautiful.
Thanks man this was definitely a tough one!! Hope you’re having a great one
@@TopNotchLawns Yes, it looked like you were almost at the "end of your rope" when you were finishing.
I bet the neighbors are all loving you what a transformation you did a fantastic job ....
Mr Rake is such a Rake. So glad to finally see someone mow before edging. Makes more sense to me
Wow, Brian! You make beauty out of chaos. God bless you as you continue your ministry.
Thanks so much Pam ☺️👋 Blessings to you
That was some firewood I would've loved to have for this winter. What a major, major difference you made in this lawn and home. Truly an act of compassion on the owner and neighbors. Hope he can manage to keep it up now.
You could probably have contacted a service organization in your area that would have picked up the firewood.
You mean he lives there?
I have to give props to Mr. Rake. He's a hard working young feller! Mr. Shovel did a lot too!
Thanks to Mr. Rake, Mr. Shovel and your back.
Well done Mr Rake your work with your assistant is outstanding you are also entertaining all the neighbours 😄
Well done Mr. Rake, you left no leaf unturned. Brian you are always top notch.
Sue Wolfe- You win the gold medal here, Brian! Great job! It doesn't look haunted any longer. 👌💪👍👏😎♥️
Hey Sue 👋👋😊 Definitely brought it back to the neighborhood!! Hope you’re having a great week
Great job you have done there was no excuse for that yard to be like that at all
🎯... thats why so many neighbors came by... we sold our first home to get away from a neighbor like this on in ga... until you deal wit a hoarder.. you'll never understand the problems they cause.. vermin.. smells.. insects.. property value.. etc
He did a excellent job on that lawn I hope the man keeps it up
Great job Brian! And here’s an applause for Mr. Rake!👏👏👏👏👏👏
I have watched a whole lot of videos on lawn and tree cleanup and YOU WIN the Prize for sure on this cleanup. WOW I imagine you will be tired for sure at the end of this day. The sidewalks and the driveway were a nightmare and took a whole lot of muscle, sweat and energy. God Bless you for doing this job and the neighbors love your work.
WOW! Now that’s a transformation. A back breaking 1 at that! Great work 🇺🇸
Thanks Darla! 👋😊🇺🇸🇺🇸
You are a legend Brian. 🤜🤛🏆
Thanks man 👍🤜
we will never leaves you behind mr rake
Wow! You deserve every "like" you get working that hard in that heat!!!
That clean-up is quite astonishing. Well done Mr Rake and Top Notch Lawn Care you have both worked hard. It would be wonderful if the neighbours would take it in turns to just keep it nice again!!
😮😮😮😮😮 Brian, wonderful Transformation. Top Notch Signature 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊. Thanks for sharing and continue to take care of yourself, stay blessed and cool 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Beautiful transformation Brian, along with Mr. Rake's assistance. Now waiting to see the back yard done!! Get some rest you will need it!! 😊
You are an AWESOME person. You and Mr Rake have done a AMAZING JOB. GOD BLESS YOU.......
Mr. Rake, Thank you for all the good work you do helping this man out. You're the best.🥰
Great job on the front yard be blessed 🙏
Thanks so much Yvonne blessings to you 😊👋
Brian you are such a hard worker. It looks so different now. I like the way you make Mr. Rake work, when he pulls away you push him back and make him work harder than ever before. LOL Hope you have a good weekend. Thanks for sharing. :)
😆 lol Definitely! Hope you have a great weekend as well Mary
Good job Brian I don't know where you get so much energy from that's good
Working on my diet and health has definitely helped!
@TopNotchLawns I was coming to comment on how great you look! Congrats! Excellent job on the lawn. You always go way above and beyond. It truly is amazing!
The neighbor talks about his mower won't work when it rains. But you don't hear him offering to help you get it cleaned up now. Some neighbors are all talk. God Bless you for all you do to help places look better. 🙏❤️
Mr. Rake, you are the best in the lawn care business. You are lightweight with a wide swath and don’t require any batteries. The sound of you moving across the lawn as you gather grass is asmr to put even the fussiest of children to sleep. Thank you for your dedicated work and being the star of today’s video! 😂
Total difference! Amazing! Thank you to you, Brian, Mr. Rake and of course can’t forget your amazing video guy! I’m ready to see you transform the back yard!
Definitely! MVP 😂👍👍👋
Brian, again you confirmed the correctness of your lawn care name and the beauty of your heart!!!❤️ ❤❤
My word!! 😂
You do such great work, Brian. BRAVO 👏 👏 👏
Texas Nana
Psalm 91
Hey Texas Nana ☺️👋😊 Thanks so much! Couldn’t do it without you!
Speaking as an Australian, it's people like you and your husband who made America great.
Speaking as a historian, I say keep on keeping on because a change (a good one) is starting to happen all 'round the world and you'll be part of a new America!
dear mr rake i want to thank you very much for helping make this job easier thanks for staying to the end.your efforts swill make the hole neighborhood feel better
Another transformation well done. I love your videos, thank you for sharing.❤
Thanks Bren 👋👋😊 i’m sure I’ve told you before, but I couldn’t do it without you!!
Wow! So much hard work. God Bless You!
Thank you 😊 Blessings to you
I thought it was an abandonned house...by the state of it....good thing there's a Brian to the rescue 👍, great job Mr. Rake 🤣👏
Lol 😆 hey Josee 😊😊👋 Hope you’re having a great week
It's funny you mentioned Mr. Rake. I noticed when you were raking that the rake was exceptionally strong, but flexible. Its large size made it perfect for the job at hand. I like it!! Still really enjoy watching you. Can't wait for the back yard!
It appears the homeowner is more than physically capable to do his own yard work after your conversation with him. I think your time is more wisely spent helping seniors and people who are truly not able to do the physical work. I know I would be ashamed to accept free help to do my yard work because we are physically able and we take pride in our yard.
Fantastic job and such a beautiful transformation. God bless ❤️🇨🇦
Whoa! Tackling them trees was a real job in itself!!
Man, I'm addicted to these videos like crack. 🤣 Amazing job as always Sir Brian! Thank you for making this video. 😃👍
Now that is a transformation ! Great job Brian❤
AWESOME transformation Brian!! Thanks for all the help Mr. Rake!👍😂
How do people live like this
I wouldn't have said anything if I was that renter.
Mr. Rake is great! What a amazing job and in that awful heat. Be careful getting overheated. God Bless you for helping others out❤❤
Yup, that´s one of those "Lost Places" where you can see the rise and decline of a former neat private property. Bummer that the owner wasn´t able to appreciate this home. And you turned this neglected part of the world into a miracle, that´s for sure ! 👍👌 Keep it up, Bryan, and see you on the next one. 🌈Greets from GER, U.
Hey U 😊👋👍 always glad to hear from you man! Yeah, this one was definitely a tossup! You could tell how pretty the house was once we got it all cleaned up though! Hope you’re having a great week
You’re a good human being with a good heart and a strong back. Keep it up. I appreciate you.
Welp.....I have a feeling you are a glutton for punishment to have taken on this job in such hot weather. Mr. Rake and you did a mighty fine job. I think the neighbors much appreciated all your efforts. Kudos to you for taking on the much needed front yard makeover. I sure bet the homeowner was grateful to have a front yard he can be proud of and will keep up, (we hope).
