great stuff!
I have no idea what he’s saying but I’m still blown away, amazing.
Mr Brady has a great voice but I recommend the version by the song writer's daughter's group Altan:

I am a Gaelic speaker. He is saying farewell to his homeland, the Majestic Mountains of County Donegal. He is also farewelling the clear black watered loughs, the forests of majestic rowan and ash (or oak?) trees, because he knows he will never see them again because he must go to America. He then salutes all those who are able to stay in that beautiful country, and encourages them to fight to keep it.
