  • A review of the HP Spectre x360 15-eb0001na premium 15.6" 4K OLED laptop
The HP Spectre x360 convertible is the pinnacle of HP’s premium range of prosumer laptops. The 2020 model has slimmer bezels, a smaller webcam unit, new GTX graphics options and naturally Intel 10th Gen processors. Is it enough to make it a flagship laptop? Let’s see if it’s worth an Archer.

Why do CZcamsrs always (low-key) market Apple devices into Windows reviews? Last time I checked MBs don't have:
    1. touch screen,
    2. pen support,
    3. 4k display,
    4. 2-in-1 design,
    5. 180-degree screen,
    6. MicroSD card read,
    7. number pad,
    8. face recognition
    9. upgradability, etc.
MBs are not alternatives to HP Spectres. People want 2020, not 2010, hardware...lol
Finally, why not review HP Spectres with a U-series chip?

  • @enjoythepig
    @enjoythepig Před 3 lety +5

In the past I have thought you might have gone a little easy on HP, this time I would have to dissagree. This laptop is designed for a specific type of user, a director, site general manager, or other executive level user. Clearly the design and display are most important here. I would argue based on the specs battery life is surprisingly good. A MSI gaming laptop with similar specs gets only about one hour on its battery. Also I would venture to guess that most users of this machine would not be road warriers anyway, so a docking solution of some kind would almost always be used, making the number of ports and types excellent. But that MSI gaming laptop with almost identical specs is under $1000, making this twice as much. So for the average user, or power user this laptop is a no go. But in the C Suite, this laptop would be sweet.

The HP Spectre x360 will happily do what you need with plenty of performance. Most laptops will connect to an external monitor. The Dell Inspiron 13 7306 2-in-1 in my recent review shows that this is a very good 2-in-1 laptop. The 15 inch version is excellent too, especially the one with the Iris Xe Max graphics.

The tests consist of entering the laptops bios settings and performing a memory test on loop until error(Which would only occur when the laptop completely discharges) during which the laptop does literally nothing except that singular test, and still manage only 4 hours to maybe 4:30. For 900$ would this be a steal?

I am very hesitating to buy a Hp Spectre x360 15 , or Apple Macbook Pro 16 , for long term use , nice design , powerfull performances , video editing and some little gaming like League of Legends.
    Hp Spectre cost : 2499€
    Apple Macbook Pro : 2699€
(If i choose Macbook i will change configuration to i9, 32gb ram , AMD Radeon 8go(instead of his default i7,16 gb ram , AMD 4go) it will cost around 3774€)
Which one i must buy ?

Have you looked at the HP ZBook Create G7? I have a review of the twin model, the HP ZBook Studio G7 with Quadro GPU. (The Create G7 has a RTX 2070)
