Mera 20 july ko accident hua tha. 15 august ko xray krwaya tab pta chla ki tailbone me frature hua h .
17 august se maine homoepathic treatment start kiya h. Cusion pr hi bait rhi hu ab main. Weekly Cup therpy bhi le rhi hu.
Mujhe bahut dar lg rha h ab ki main kab tk proper theek ho jaungi.
Please doctor mujhe ye bta do ki main kab tk cusion ka use kru. Therpy lu. I mean kitne months tak ??

I had misscarrige during 3 months of pregnancy. The abortion labour pains were so worst that I felt like the tail bone will come out.From then I have experienced mild pain in sacral area which has gradually grown up to unbearable condition.Its almost 2 and half years now Iam still suffering .But the pain is just one sided i,e on my right side just beside tail bone may be it is sacral area iam not very much sure.I literally can't sit on hard surfaces .I have habituated to sit uncomfortably keeping weight on just one side and using tail bone seat at office.Have consulted Orthopedic from reputed hospitals but of no use. Iam finally leaving hope of getting rid of these pain and the uncomfortness in sitting. I shall be obliged sir if you can guide and advise .

Sir I have such pain for 4 years which developed due to a fail form height. There are no fracture in x-ray. Unfortunately I have stated using cousion after one month after accident when already the the pain at chronic state. I have consulted many dr . But no one can suggest complete relief. They only suggest to avoid bike, cycle and any journey in bus as they increase my pain. Now the intensity of pain reduced but still I cant sit on hard surface for above 30 minutes or cant use cycle or bike. So can it be cured completely in any way. Please reply.

@@GovindSingh-yu4pl I am avoiding seating on any hard surface for long time. Avoid Bad road. Avoid cycle. I am using scooter with good suspension ( TVS Jupiter) in smooth road for few years. No further increase in pain. Few exesise can improve relief. I am a teacher by profession , I don't seat in class normally for long time. You have to manage your lifestyle to manage the pain. This is all about pain management.
Steroid tailbone injection is compulsory under xray machine?
Sir i hv pain since my first childbirth firstly it remain sometimes but after 3/4 year it remain constantly. I consult to orthopedic dr he gave xylocain inj and steroid I take only one dose he suggest 4 .. After 2 yr pain again and other dr adv pain killer some other medicine and cushion adv... Now again I consult dr he gave only pain killers and avoid sitting and take cushion... Pain is regular from 3 month and on sitting it rises I use cushit from 3 month regularly. Pls tell me i m in very tentt
