Id be getting the pipes fabbed up to v band with some flex pieces and try and get rid of all those silicone joiners.
They suck in hard under vacuum lol.

E85 start is fine I had super6 vs wagon an loved e85 but I did a e85 an 98 Ron fuel 80% tank e85 an rest 98 an mate on my data logs never nocked or anything
