Problem is, you can also fall in the opposite trap. I never felt a spark with my bf so I originally convinced myself I was in a truly "mature" relationship. I told myself it was a good sign. Came to realize after a while that I didn't even like this guy enough to want to be dating him. Friends, sure. But definitely not a relationship. We definitely need to talk about limerance more, but also about excitement vs. anxiety vs. nothing. You *should* feel excitement for a partner in a healthy relationship. Problem is that many women have never learned how to differentiate excitement from anxiety. We need to learn how to listen to our body.
Same it’s EXACTLY what I’m experiencing RIGHT NOW & because he left and didn’t choose me I’m in a withdrawal spiral that I don’t know how to get out of because I’m soooo💔💔💔💔😭😭😭😭🤦🏽♀️
