Marvel Studios wrapped up Phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with Avengers: Endgame -- except wait no, they squeezed another Spider-Man movie in there before closing the curtains. Spider-Man: Far From Home is Tom Holland’s second “solo” outing as Peter Parker, and the character is still heavily influenced by the recently departed Tony Stark AKA Iron Man. Far From Home raises a lot of questions. Like what exactly is Mysterio’s long-term plan? What’s going on with all the other living Avengers? How does Spider-Man get his Peter Tingle back? home is where the heart is. peter had 2 homes: aunt may and tony. he was still close to him on titan. in far from home he was far from not only aunt may physically but tony mentally/spiritually. was this on purpose? most likely not. was it fun to think deeply about 3 words in a movie title? for me yes :)

Imagine having ham for fists! It basically means clumsy, but for talking. Doing something in a heavy handed way means pretty much the same. Hollywood cinema suffers from bad writing in that direction a lot. The joke is that these are treated as forms of sickness.

Omni G It actually makes a lot of sense once you know that Nick fury is actually a Skrull. The real Nick Fury would have enlisted at least a few of the other avengers to help with this. The Skrulls only mission was to give Peter the glasses. So calling in all the other avengers would have not only blown their cover since the other avengers know Fury much better than Peter does but it would have also drawn more attention to the fact that they were severely off track from their mission

I wasn’t really super surprised. I was already aware of spidy lore. I had watched the cartoons since I was a kid. So I was like “eh, ok. I was wondering when you we’re gonna turn evil.” Now what really disappointed me was there treatment of Sandman . He’s supposed to be a dude with sand morphing powers . Not just some generic monster.

I knew about the character mysterio, but i was still surprised.
Doctor Tophat actually i was debating during the movie whether or not he was bad. But by the time the twist happened i liked him too much.

I don’t read the comics and I didn’t really google anything about Mysterio when the trailer dropped, as I didn’t want to ruin any possible surprises, so I was fairly surprised when the twist happened

Crico Cadazzle It's called having super speed and agility. Spider-Man sees LIGHTNING moving in slow motion and can move too fast for targeting computers to track. Him ever getting tagged by bullets is what's actually unrealistic.
Why don't you instead complain about how normal humans like Scarlet Witch, Doctor Strange, and Hawkeye aren't instantly riddled with bullets just by being on a battlefield? They aren't bulletproof, don't have a 6th sense to warn them of danger, and they don't even have the super speed necessary to dodge projectiles. Yet, no one seems to complain about them. People cheer when SW fights Thanos, but given what we've seen, he should have killed her before she even had time to blink.

Looking back on Far From Home, knowing that Fury & Hill were actually skrulls could explain why they didn’t recruit more Avengers to help fight the elementals because the adult avengers are more experienced & more likely to pick up on things that might blow the skrulls’ cover

Watched FFH yesterday and I honestly *didn't* know who mysterio was before watching but could *_still_* tell he was a bad guy

huh that's odd cause I knew who Mysterio was but didn't watch any of the trailers and even knowing who he was and telling myself that he was the bad guy the whole film there were still parts where I started to doubt and thought they might actually pull off making him a good guy (at least for this film) just based off of how good of a performance Jake was giving.

Meanwhile on the other end, u also expect marvel to put a twist that mysterio is a good guy. Cuz u never knew what they have in plan for this story.

Box office records are literally based on the day (or segment) of the week, until opening week is over at least. That's why you always hear about "this or that movie broke opening weekend records".
