I dont want to go to work this evening. It's raining outside. I am warm, relaxed, comfy and I'm on edge, anemic, and overthinking all the time. Almost a little mad i can't sleep as long as i want now but greatful whrn i can. My cat is sound asleep. We both listen to these stories. It even realaxes her!!

Has such a smooth, clear, concise and almost hypnotizing voice. he has the ability to read at a steady pace that you can understand every word wthout stumbling over words, breathing heavy, dry mouth sounds, over emphasizing the "S" sound f the words or talking about himself or added in senseless comments. He gets right to the story Without delay. But most of all.

Story with the sleep paralizis.
I have the same. I used to have them every night. A tip i can give you is try to reduce stress around the day. Drink alot of water. Go to the bathroom before you go to sleep. And go to bed at the same time and get up around the same time. always. Dont eat before you go to sleep. Give it 1-2 hours. That helped for me. But yeah. This sounds like a very bad lucid dream (loucid dreaming is clear as day. And you can kinda dream what you want if you realise that you are dreaming."and that you tried to meditate a view times is another thing that makes me think its a lucid dream. I think due to your sleep paralisis you expected this subconciously. And just because you "wake up" doesnt realy mean you woke up. You can wake up multible times when you have a lucid dream. They can be beautiful and the best experience of your life. But they can turn very bad very fast.
If you realise you are dreaming. I had one where i dreamed i get stapped (i watched a gruesome horrormovie. (no it wasnt saw it was a netflix original) that kinda processed in my brain. . It realy felt like i was stabbed. I was in so much pain. I can still remember. Next time something like this happens (a lucid dream) stay calm. Close your eyes. Dont be scared. And think and belive woth all your might that youre alone and if you already loucid dream use it. You can litarly do what you want. If its flying do thinks you always wanted to do. Just everything.

I came to listen a few years ago and have stayed ever since. I like to take nostalgic trips to the very first stories and sit with the crackling fire or listen to the rain as it pours down as I fall asleep. The first 2 that made lasting impressions would be the guy who moved to Maine with his girlfriend and was not as alone as he believed. And My sister Sarah walks at night 💙 And I appreciate the sleep that I have been finally able to get. My husband is becoming a fan himself. I catch him listening alll the time 🤣💙

Fantastic narration, I usually fall asleep to your videos. They're the perfect bedtime stories. It's not that I specifically like scary stories, it's more so the fact that it's a story being read to me. My mom used to read to me all the time, I guess part of me misses that.

I don't need money but I want to tell you my story,One time when I was babysitting my baby cousin regan and my uncle said to keep an eye on her due to her breathing problems so I went downstairs while the baby was upstairs in her crib sleeping or so I thought and I was on my laptop when I heard regan crying and I went to check on her and gave her milk.Years later when regan was 5 she said when I was babysitting her that her dead grandma had helped rock her crib and sing her lullabys I was so scared I almost passed out!

For the Story #12, I think what he encountered is not a ghost but something called the Bunian/Bunyian people. I'm not sure what it is called in the Philippines but it is popular among various ethnicities throughout the Southeast Asia's archipelago region.
They're basically supernatural beings that lived in a different dimension that's parallel with ours. They live just like us (they have houses, villages, married and have families, etc.) and some of them even follow our faith.
They sometimes made contact with humans who lived nearby their village, and they usually attracted to kids. But in general, the Bunians are good beings and never meant any harm to human.
So in the OP case, there's probably a Bunian village near OP's house that's why she was trying to lure him behind the rock as they may be existed a path to village behind it, but in my opinion she meant no harm just want to befriend the OP. There are some cases here too in Malaysia where children were abducted by these Bunians and end up growing up and live with them.
The Bunians can always see us but we cannot see them unless they want us to see them, that would explained why no one else can see the girl other than him.

🤔 I was babysitting my nephew by age 9. Different world in the 80’s. (But, I am what’s referred to as an old soul…more mature than some of my older & adult siblings, even more so now 😂 )
Yeah our babysitters in the 80s were 9-12. I remember being like 6-7 and thinking that being 9 was super cool because I had a really cool babysitter who was stylish lol. Things were so different! (Although I trust my 16 and 11 year old alone completely.)
I don't know how enjoyable it is to listen with out ads.....only because I hardly make it to story 4-5 before I'm soundly asleep. Next night I start where I think I remember I left off. Then a few stories later I'm out.
