Are you kidding? SCOTUS just weakened the bribery laws to make it even easier for them to get away with it. And Trump now wants to do away with taxes on "tips." He's not talking about service workers. He doesn't care about them. He's talking about his judges and other cronies. Not how immunity works. Whoopie Goldberg started that theory on the view and she has no idea what she’s talking about.
When there’s a legal action against the president and he wants to stop it by claiming immunity, he has to sue and get the courts to agree that immunity applies to that specific situation. Biden would have to do the same thing and the courts might not necessarily agree. Immunity is granted by the courts on a case by case basis.

The current state of the Supreme Court is worthless, it should be abolished if it continues to have members appointed for their political loyalty rather than their judicial integrity!

Question those justices are US citizens and no US citizen is entitled to ignore bribery, perjury and tax evasion laws...so regardless of court ethics rules being self-regulated, why can they not be arrested and charged? Who are they going to appeal to...the Supreme Court?
Bribery, perjury and tax evasion are criminal violations under federal law, and any federal judge is susceptible to being prosecuted under those laws. If the judge you love to hate is not currently under indictment, it may well be that you don't understand the law. Example: Not all gifts are bribes just because you are a judge. And if it IS a legal gift, then in most cases it does not count as taxable income. And unless you are lying in violation of a sworn legal oath, you aren't committing perjury.
