I remember flying American out of D and E seeing the A300 and 757 airplanes lined up. Also Continental was a go to back then. My dad used to fly Eastern when they had a hub here. Back in the glory days of SJU. I flew out of D on American a few months before the terminal closed. It certainly kept up its age, glad to see its being renovated. Hopefully AA moves back
Wow. You got the chance to be on it! I used to travel in and out of it, I remember in 2008 it was my first and only time on an A300. AA inherited the Terminal just right after Eastern’s demise. Recent news I learned last week is that a limited section of D will reopen once refurbishments are finished and that apparently AA will move back!

What rows are main cabin extra and do these seats include complimentary alcohol
On the 737-800 MCE would be Rows 8,9,16 and 17. Be advised that 16 & 17 are the Emergency Exit rows. MCE does include complimentary alcohol.
