    I just updated our seats to the main cabin extra because of your video. It’s a two 3 hour flight with a 4 year old after our return from the Disney Cruise. I’d rather be comfortable. It was $160 for us both on the 2 flights. I think it’s worth it.
    Thank you for the video. It helped with us deciding.

    My Vegas trip in February from DFW to LAS, the AA meal service was AWESOME!! Pre-covid type meal service. Return trip wasn't all that but I'll take the good with the bad! Was nice to have a full belly getting into Vegas for 4 nights of drinking and gambling!

      @@TrizityTraveling Yes Atlanta gets real busy at "rush hour" in the morning. But even then the Pre-Check line wasn't too long for me, only about 10 or 15 minutes.

      Those are soundcore buds...I'm working with a dedicated external mic, not the earbud mic. Figured the ambient noise level in the cabin would be too great for that...still working on placement of the mic.

      @TrizityTraveling  Před rokem +2

      I hate to admit, but I actually don't know, sorry. I don't fully recline unless its an international flight, and I didn't try it on this flight...I'll have to add that as a "to do" on my next flights and start reporting on the recline.

      @@TrizityTraveling Many videos don't include the info of seat and backrest. Information of how soft, medium soft, firm, hard, or concrete with illusions of being soft. How wide is it and the titling of the backrest. Comparisons of the differences of all the Economy seats. If it's worth the money then that means you would be willing to buy that seat again or willing to if it's in another area, such as by the isle. Only once I saw a CZcamsr use a measuring tap to give exact info for the seat width, depth, and leg room, sad part that guy wasn't gaining subs but he had good content. Also no bad sound quality or jumps in sound, he did great keeping it at a certain level to avoid blasting the viewers with those volume spikes... like TV does with their commercials.

    • @mysteryrgo
      @mysteryrgo Před 4 měsíci

      As it is a Main Cabin seat, no, there is no difference. The only difference is leg room.
      If you ever get a chance to fly on an E170/5, DO IT!!! Bigger better seat than all the rest. It's very close to Economy Plus as far as width and very good leg room. Standard seat so same recline.

    Clear is sooo annoying!. I was traveling out of DCA last weekend and there were only like 3 people in the precheck lane I was in, but it took several minutes because Clear kept cutting. Finally the TSA agent told them wait, thankfully, and got me through. It's just very rude the way it's set up.

    I'm not a frequent flyer, but when I do fly, yes, I splurge for Business.
    A bit of confusion with all domestic airlines: they call it First, but it's not. It's Business. You can see it on your receipt. Ticket & website says 1st, but receipt shows Business. Which, the section clearly is. First is only truly on international or a true Transcontinental flight.
    As for me, the ONLY time I "downgrade" to MCE is if it's on an E-170/5. And even then, I purchase a Main and select an MCE seat. The seat fee is cheaper than a full ticket cost. And I've never had an issue boarding in Group 5 vs 4 because the overhead is designated for MCE. Also never had an issue with a free adult beverage.
    As to the why only on Embraer? Seat width!! 18.2" and yes, I book the bulkhead. My tablet sits right next to me or in the pouch.
    I tried MCE on a 737 once - I'm not a big guy but ya know what? That seat is dang tiny and not very comfortable. 17.2"? Yeah I'll pass.
