    Sana maisipan nyo tumakbo ng Marathon kahit isang beses lang. kailangan niyo mag training ng 16 weeks kung kaya nyo na tumakbo ng 1 oras na tuloy tuloy. Kung hindi pa kailangan nyo muna mag training ng 5K.
    Medyo mahirap to at matrabaho pero kapag nagawa nyo sigurado mababago at ma iimprove nito ang buhay nyo.
    Sa ngayon wala pa mga event pero excited na ko ulit sumali sa marathon.

      Yes idol naka pag marathon na ako. Wow idol meron din ako nyan Cebu Marathon shirt na suot mo. Taga Cebu City din ako idol. Sayang that time di pa kita kilala hehe.

      kayang kaya mo yan konting long run na lang idadagdag mo. dati ang naka set namin lagi na long run 711 noveleta u-turn sa 711 sm bacoor 21k :D

    Haha 32k pinakamalayo kung tinakbo hindi pala marathon yun. But yes I agree madami akong natutunan from training to actual marathon. At madami nabago sa aking sarili naging habit or lifestyle ko na ang exercise

    I started running noong 2014. Sabi ko for exercise lang ayoko mag fun run kasi mahal, but I have a friend who convinced me to try the 5k milo fun run mura lang daw so I tried. From then on I fell in love with running. I run my first marathon noong 2016 Milo Marathon, I ran solo then after a month I ran 42km at Run Rio. It was so fulfilling, I'm still running and I feel stronger now and I am also a cyclist now. Hopefully this pandemic will end soon so we can all go back on the road. I know one day we will all be back on road. More power to us! 💪🏽😎

    Yan ang 1st love ko ang pag takbo, pero short fast run. Yong nag attempt ako mag long run sa UP, balak ko isang ikot lang. Wala pang 200 meters ng takbo ( walkathon ) tumigas yong Tibialis Anterrior muscles ko ( lalim ba sir 😁). Hindi nmn siya pulikat, yong level ng sakit niya ay yong sakit pagod. Eh yon kaya nag bike nalang ako😅. Kaya yong 1st bike ko ay high bread road bike na 2 by oval crank set na 46 52. #late90sito🤙

    I once ran my first 5k, felt like hell, but man..iba ang feeling, elated ka na di maipaliwanag - as in. After that, na encourage na ako mag jog 3-4 days a week inside our village. Para cyang innate sa atin na matagal naka-tengga, then suddenly magigising, and it's very primal! Kudos sir sa contents! Nice!

    ako idol nagsimula tumakbo late 2019 up to present na injury, naka recover, tumatakbo 3-4 times a week with average 12km each run sa ngayun. pero nagsimula din ako sa 3km each run😁 then na build nalang paglipas ng panahon... pinaka malayong takbo ko is still half marathon... di pa nagkakaroon ng chance makatakbo ng marathon since pandemic parin and also limitado sa oras... kung magkakaroon ng pagkakataon sasali talaga ako sa marathon.. or kahit walng event tatakbo akon ng marathon distance kahit pandemic pa...
    meron kana ba content sa difference ng shoes and minimalist?

    ran 2 marathons already (philippine marathon ni runrio and skyway marathon). nde naman kabilisan, pero natapos ko pa din. sobrang unforgettable experience. ngayon may injury na ako sa mgkabilang tuhod (kaya in-advise sakin ng rehab doc to try bike and swim, both low impact sa tuhod). i am still hoping na makabalik ulit sa running and run my 3rd marathon. tiwala lang. :) thanks sir lorenz!

    Yes sir Lorenz, bago ako nag bike sobrang na adik ako Half marathon at full marathon.. madalas Milo Marathon or Unilab run. sobrang masaya na mahirap ang ng marathon.

    Hi. Im a biker and runner din pero not pro😁.. i tried 10k in 1 shot. I dont think makaya ko yun marathon 😄.. half marathon nga di ko magawa in 1 shot e.im 50 na.😊.

    Mayroon bang tamang posisyon ang pagtakbo? Kasi baka mamaya takbong natural lang ang gawin pero may diskarte pala para di sumakit ang tuhod at legs. And usually. May stretching ba dapat sa simula?

      Ang favorite ko na pagkain pag nag carbo loading is vegan spaghetti and ang caro loading ko is normal lang na kain ko but bawas ang training.

      depende po sa goal nyo if mag marathon kayo most likely mawawalan kayo ng muscle mass. pero kung magbubuhat kayo for strengthening and conditioning pwede naman po.

      Idol 3x marathon finisher din ako . Twice sa Milo at Isa sa phil.marathon ng unilab/runrio.Sa awa ng Dios lahat yun less than 6hrs.😃 5:50 5:48 5:45 Nag tart ako sa 5k,10k at 32k. Then full marathon na..Sana lang magawa ko uli lahat yun..God Bless
