I think Jake is also working on fighting in the clinch something he's had problems before and some phone booth fighting as well something he did vs Woodley in the second fight.
ALSO he's been working on the ability to fight mid/close range since the originally scheduled Tommy Fury bout (both times) & canceled Hasim Rahman bout as well.

I I think you're right on the money but the also thing you're missing is that where Jake's head is when he tries to swing his arms when he gets tired he leads with his head. It's dangerous especially if a pro boxer notices that it's open to Upper Cuts or right hooks or left hooks, so his team would need to work on his head movements a lot more and his footwork would need some work as well
he should be better with that cause he doesnt have a 5 time ufc champ thats a wrestler bulldozing you

If there is one thing I am 99% sure about is....Anderson's chin has been breaking down with every fight since Wideman clipped him. I think Anderson has developed a hesitation that is quite prevalent in the first rounds of every fight now. It seems like Anderson has to survive the first couple rounds before he can relax and start to trust himself. One of the best examples is Silva's fight with Izzy, he got caught with a short check right hook while pressuring at min 2:28 of Round 1 and you see his legs buckle. During his fight with Uriah Hall, once Uriah started to engage in the pocket, it was short check right hook that knocked him down. Anderson has built up a habit of pressing hard and taking a snapshot moment to reassess . It's at that moment he seems to get clipped with short check hooks. The spider is probably my goat of mma, but ever since he got cracked he's never been quite the same.
My guess is either round 1 or 3, Anderson is gonna commit to a mini-blitz. During the blitz Jake is gonna bite down lean forward, drive his shoulder into silva to cut the blitz short. At the moment Anderson will slightly side step to take his snapshot moment. During that moment Jake Paul will take advantage of the small gap he made by leaning into the blitz to throw a 50% power Jab followed by a wicked quick right hook to rock silva. If Silva does somehow get up to answer the count Jake will follow up with a straight right, left hook to the body, and then again right hook to the head to put silva out. Jake's hooks are looking so effortless during his combinations that you can tell it will be be the reason Silva will lose this fight.

Personally, I do believe theyâre going to be looking for the 3 to be âthe shot.â But as a lot of people who are getting into boxing like Jake, I have a feeling that heâs going to be slapping when throwing the 3 oppose to with a full fist. For the fact that itâs a weapon that he barely has showcased, I donât think itâll be a big of a threat to Silva. Thatâs just what I think. As much as you drill it during training, it doesnât always translate to the fight. I believe thatâll be the case for this fight then heâll go back to reverting to the overhand fight through the fight.

Jake's coaches know everything Wade knows and much more on top. Nothing Wade can point out that Jake's coaches haven't picked up on already. There is levels to this.
