@@solarcrystal5494 Quick Google search reveals Steve Jobs had strange eating habits: "...he would go on extreme diets, including purges and fasts, and would eat just one or two foods for weeks, like apples or carrots." Clearly, you're likely to get into trouble with any fad diet somewhere along the line, vegan or otherwise. Even ideal WFPB diets aren't guaranteed to cure or halt the progression of advanced cancers, but you don't have to help it along, slurping up milkshakes.

However upon coincidence i bumped into an ex bf who highly recommended me to switch to a more wfpb diet w/ 75%carb 15%fat(since i’m female) & 10% protein in my total daily caloric intake. @@5unshineBear I feel your pain! Actually I really didn't miss it as much as I thought I would. However, there's lots of recipes for plant based desserts; a healthy one is 'nice cream' made with frozen bananas; flavor however you wish; cocoa powder, vanilla, other fruit, etc; blend them up in a good blender or a food processor. There's avocado based desserts; chocolate mousse with avocado; you'd NEVER know it was avocado; very rich and decadent. Cashew based desserts as well; soak the cashews for a bit to soften; blend with enough plant milk to get the blender going and blend till smooth. For very healthy recipes: check out [on youtube] the whole food plant based cooking show [she has a bunch; including one for a plant based blizzard, and a new one for cherry walnut frozen yogart]; cooking with plants, forks over knives; for less healthy vegan recipes: the happy pear, Italia plant based [he has a video with custard 3 ways]. This is very interesting. Comparing it to the low carb high fat and protein 'lobby', who in their quest to find carbs that do not trigger a blood sugar and hence insulin spike, encourage the intake of cream, butter, eggs, meat with fat. Since many doctors state that a high carb diet (with insulin resistance/prediabetes) is an increased risk factor in cancer, hence advocating a keto diet or carnivore diet to lessen this insulin spike, including diets high in saturated animal fats, it is interesting that video shows high saturated fats increase the risk of cancer metastasis. Exactly the opposite! I would these doctors to get together and work out the full story. That would be a video well worth watching☺🙂

What physical activity changed? Palm oil is listed & it's used in many "plant-based" items. Palm oil is manufactured. Breast Milk was listed on this same page @ 1:20. So breast milk, meat & dairy have been eaten by humans for thousands of years. The brain needs fats to function properly. What is the standard for low-fat? What information is this standard based upon? We've been given "low-fat" for decades & health issues have only increased. There are too many variables to consider.

No. This video and thread is full of misinformation. A high fat keto diet is extremely beneficial. Most of this video and the information in these threads is old data except for the milk comment but it is likely due to the fact that milk products contain GMO and or glyphosate (which is a poison built into the DNA of food fed to livestock). It is in the foods because when they are grown the poison kills weeds. Its not the only poison and most woman buy NON-ORGANIC milk products so are constantly consuming as are men. Glyphosate has been so over used that it is in the atmosphere now and in the rainwater and air. Other GMO's like those used to kill bugs that eat farm products blow-up the stomachs of the insects. This is being consumed constantly by humans who dont eat organic which most of the population doesn't.
Oncology is so far removed from reality in simply the basics of their own field it is disheartening. And the actual cure statistics are sadly misleading and wrong. Think about this for a moment. The theory of genetic mutation as the cause of cancer has been around for 70 years yet the actual cure rate is almost the same.
