    Botox is f'ing asinine. It basically numbs the motor nerves from allowing your muscles to move. That isn't a solution for anything in a cosmetic sense. Healthy habits and preventative measures are. And if someone really needs to turn back the clock, well, there's ablative lasers and phenol peels for that.

    Tooth decay is caused by bacteria not sugar. "Tooth decay, also known as cavities or caries, is the breakdown of teeth due to acids produced by bacteria." - Wikipedia. Why doesn't Gregpr know this?

  • @ScienceNow-
    @ScienceNow- Před 4 hodinami

    This is wrong. It is the bacteria, etc. that feed off sugar that cause cavities, not sugar directly. That is why in a study shown in this video even reducing sugar did not substantial reduce cavities. I am a vegan, have eaten plant-based for decades and haven't had a single cavity in over 35 years. I have consumed all manner of sugar. What I do is brush, mouthwash, and floss every day.

    Besides all these fancy schmancy beneficial effects of oatmeal...you must realize oatmeal is basically concrete. So if you're planning to eat that triple creme brie you just bought, eat a bowl of oatmeal before you do so. Enjoy your cheese after wards, and then some time later you will deposit that brie encased in its oatmeal shroud into the toilet bowl.

Just below 100 apoe 4/3 The men in family died before 60 Ht dz. And father died at 56. My cardiac calcium despite 18 yrs statins continued to rise and is now 700. Stopped statin/ 2nd to severe myalgia 4 yrs ago . Question. 1. Thoughts re phosphorylated DHA from animal source ie Krill ( I do review consumer lab website for optimal supplement ratings As you may have guessed my concern today is brain fxn. And recently considered taking krill as it is phosphorylated( improving transfer into the brain ) After a PubMed review I have located no source other than animal for this form of dha. What is your thoughts. And also any thought re apoe 4/3 and this issue with brain transport. 2. Can’t completely understand the relentless progression of cardiac calcium. Appreciate your thoughts I do have a couple of reference articles if needed Your website is excellent as you know and I try to drill it into my patients in some form every visit Which is a very”simpletask “ in Alabama thanks. ghoward

      I don't consider it an error. I dislike the usage in American nutritional circles as it is wrong. Other regions use it properly. How hard it is to put a K in front of cal, really? Therefore that paper wasn't confusing for me at all. 6.55 kcal is 0,325% of the reference intake of an average adult (2000 kcal). Not confusing at all IMO.

    Cooked bananas are fantastic in oatmeal!!! I chop half a banana and cook with the oatmeal where it dissolves and melts and adds natural sweetening. Larger slices or chunks of banana don't completely melt which is another way to enjoy. After cooking top with blueberries, strawberries, etc.

    Well this guy is full of sh1t. So we're supposed to ditch the evolutionary diet for one of a very modern diet where the fruit, vegetables and grains eaten today are designed and grown by man for the purpose of high yield and profit? First clue or dietary evolution is our teeth. Ffs, everything he, or the AI voice is saying is to eat everything that causes bloating and other problems. Ever talked to a person with a colostomy bag? They can actually see what's gone through their system and 99% of fruit, veg and grains come out exactly the same as they went in. Sounds just like a propaganda video😢😢
