So sweet of Buster to wind Nokie's top string up without offence, So so sad we don't have them in this world anymore! Especially painful for us musicians who shared the same hero's as they did. Hope to get to meet them all in heaven! Thank you very much for sharing the video!
❤️ Love you so much Nokie, prince of a man and a talent that I’ve known every minute of my life. My mom and her brother were friends with Nokie Edwards since they were 14 and 15 years old
I’ve never seen this video until now. So glad I stumbled upon it. Really sad to see Chet sick here but so touching to see the great world class performers that whose lives he touched. This is a real keepsake. Thanks so much for posting this. It’s priceless.
Chet looks so so so old and you know what he's aloud too he has been recording music longer than anyone in that room has even been listening to music you rest chet you did so very much for us all thank you I know you and Jerry are tearing it down up and in between your Mr guitar to all of us not just pickers Strumers bangers samplers all of us .
Paul Yandell all the way from the Saturday radio shows in Mayfield Ky back in the 50's when he was a kid at Symsonia High School...great guitarist even back then, a wonderful person who realized his dream of playing with the greats.
Tommy Emmanuel is just brimming over with talent and sheer fun and enjoyment… he hasn’t changed, and is a sheer joy to listen to, whether playing or just chatting… it is all entertaining.
Love Nokie. Made me laugh when chet seen Nokie walk on stage with the cane and asked "what happened to you?". Lol. They both had a funny sense of humor.
Oh yeah! Wariner... love that guy! voice... guitar... his early '80s hits were so nice...Why Goodbye, Kansas City Lights, Midnight Fire, All Roads Lead To You... whew.... will ring in my mind forever.

Poor Chet, though suffering, still had his unique sense of humor here. He passed three years later. My life long guitar hero!

Jim Nichols is permanently on fire. Every time he shows up he is incredible. Great lead on Main Street Breakdown.
CHET WAS AND STILL IS THE BEST GUITARIST THAT HAS EVER PICKED UP A GUITAR. !!!!

Chet had brain surgery to remove a tumor in June, 1977.But he still carried on...what a hero.
He was dying of cancer.

Chet was the best and very humble about his talent. Same can be said about Nokie . I ldolized both

From where these folks came, they ought be nobody, yet by God’s Grace the greatest music worldwide and everyone wants to imitate Chet!

It's a shame Nokie and Chet never played together.
I played with Nokie over many years until his 60th birthday. He talked about Chet all the time.

besides Chet, Steve Wariner is the king. IMO Such an underrated singer/guitarist/song writer/overall musician.
Chattanooga Train.Marcel Dadi played it best.
